During the course we talked about the internationalization and modernization of curriculum. We analyzed how to redesign the school curriculum to maximize learning in a globalizing world. Polish teachers often face the dilemma of balancing internationalism and national identity because we are a single-nation country. The course taught me that internationalization of curriculum does not mean losing our national identity but rather enhancing it. While learning about different cultures, I learned about my own national identity andreinforced🙂a sense of tolerance, openness, and acceptance. We analyzed internationalization strategies and explored various methods and tools to shape internationalization policy to meet the needs of ourschools. Additionally, gaining insight into the local community was inspiring, and witnessing the beauty of the land opened my eyes to the world. I also have found contacts with other schools I hope to do projects or work with on the future. I haveimproved my project Erasmus competence because I learned a lot about Erasmus projects writing and management.

During the course, I learned how to improve the quality of preparing, implementing and monitoring international projects. This is for me as the coordinator of the Erasmus plus project. very important.I learned how to emphasize the international nature of my classes and how to include all key competencies to prepare my students to live and work in an international environment.
The greatest experience for me as a French teacher was getting to know the overseas department of France, its wonderful nature and fascinating culture, so different from that of mainland France. I am very happy that I will be able to share this knowledge and experience with my students.

I learned on the course that the opportunities provided by nature should be used as much as possible in education. Learning about our world (cultures, natural environment) must be present in all subjects. I have come up with many tasks and projects that I will try to implement during my teaching.

Upon completing the course "A Classroom with the Door Open to the World," I have thoroughly evaluated my learning experience. Throughout the program, I mastered new teaching methods, learned how to integrate the European dimension into my lessons with students, exchanged invaluable experiences, and honed my personal competencies. This journey has undoubtedly broadened my horizons and equipped me with essential skills to excel in both the classroom and beyond.
