Making the decision to seek revenge can alter one’s life significantly as it can lead to an ongoing course of events for example if you kill someone's father it could lead to the fathers children or family to end up on the streets. Sometimes revenge is justified when the person is not served justice after the action they did.

I agree with Yadi, revenge has more cons than pros because most of the time that person might be having a hard time themselves, so we don't know what their life is outside of what they did to you.

I think the reason that revenge is so dangerous is because it is an attempt to take justice into your own hands. The majority of people are not in a position of power, the kind of power to sway opinions toward the truth. There are many reasons for mistrust in the judicial system, but trying to do their job on your own is a surefire way to get put in jail alongside the person who started the cycle in the first place.

I agree with Christian because Will doesn't want his hypothetical kids to be around people he used to, he doesn't want them to be like the people back then. It's natural for Will to set new rules for his kids, for their safety.
