• Among the main goals of the establishment of the health promotion unit is to increase the capacity of the community's ability to reduce the risk of disease as well as to promote lifestyle changes among high-risk groups.

• A poster titled 'Paper Saving' was selected as the main campaign to be screened in April 2024. Throughout the discussion with Dr. Nik Fadhilah, I divide the tasks and carry out each other's work.

• On Wednesday 20 March 2024, the health department conducted a health inspection operation at roadside health stalls and food premises.

  
  

• I have been asked to participate in the inspection operation from the beginning to the end of the operation. Throughout the operation, I learned many ways and procedures for health checks to be done such as giving warning notices, how compounds are given to traders and giving health notices using pamphlets and so on.

• On Thursday 21 March 2024, I was called by Dr. Nik Fadhilah to discuss the organization chart of the quality sustainability center of the Pasir Mas District Health Office. The ongoing discussion is the exchange of positions and staff, the selection of the color of the organization chart and the date should be sent to Dr. Aliff Ridwan for further review.

  
  

• As soon as the discussion was over, I started the task of preparing the organization chart according to the time given.

• On Saturday, the health department held a "Prevent Dengue" program to give awareness to the community around the village of Kubang Bemban to prevent dengue as there is an increase in dengue outbreaks in the area.

• This program was held with the villagers and was accompanied by a short talk from Dr. Aliff Ridwan related to the aedes mosquito which can cause dengue fever which can be harmful to health and then lead to death.

  
  

• I have participated in the program with enthusiasm to help the surrounding residents to prevent dengue breeding grounds and to clean the area from places that can stagnate water and subsequently cause the breeding of aedes mosquitoes.

• I joined the health inspectorate unit to participate in the health inspection operation held in the bazaar Ramadhan of Bandar Tasek Raja.

  
  

• The inspection operation involved all members from each unit and throughout the operation everything went smoothly. I was assigned to take pictures of the health inspection operation and was asked to edit the pictures and videos taken to be uploaded on the official Facebook page of the Health Promotion Unit (HPU).

  
  

• As soon as I finished editing the video and pictures, I also uploaded the video for public viewing about the tasks and activities of the health unit in the bazaar Ramadhan field.

• I was called by Dr. Nik Fadhilah to discuss the poster that has been completed. However, after a review from Dr. Aliff Ridzwan, he asked me to edit it again as soon as he finished refining the EKSA poster for April.

  
  

• According to Dr. Nik Fadilah, I just need to add audio to attract the reader's attention and to make sure it looks more interesting. We discussed for almost 30 minutes to ensure the quality of the poster video made to reach the readers.

  
  

• After finishing the discussion, I started the task of re-editing several posters that were requested to be sent to Dr. Nik Fadhilah for the second review.

• Meeting with inspectorate officers in the Crisis Preparedness and Responses Center (CPRC) meeting room. In this meeting, the officials discussed the topic of the state-level K.I.K presentation competition that will take place in May 2024. K.I.K is an innovative and creative group that was specially formed to determine which health office is more creative in delivering information to the community. K.I.K will involve all health offices in each district within the state of Kelantan.

  
  

• I was invited to attend this meeting to give my opinion on creating a great presentation video. With pleasure, I share my opinion with all the officers.

  
  

• I was also given the responsibility to take photos of each of the officers to be edited and included in their upcoming presentation videos.

• On Wednesday March 27, I followed Mr. Rozaidi Mohamad held a hot weather campaign around Pantai Timor supermarket and U-mart in Pasir Mas to give awareness to the surrounding community about extreme hot weather conditions.

• Each unit in the Pasir Mas District Health Office is asked to prepare a video of the Eid al-Fitr speech. I was assigned to prepare the video for his unit and it needed to be completed immediately.

• I was asked by the Chief Inspector, Mr. Zaidi, to show the K.I.K presentation video that had been edited for the officers to watch for their review and comments. This introductory video has a duration of 6 minutes 50. It was made as an opening to the presentation.

• After getting comments from the inspectorate officers, I was asked to make an addition to the K.I.K member standardization document. This document needs to be included in the presentation video because it is a letter of release and support from the hospital director as permission for the Pasir Mas District Health Office inspector to participate in this competition. In other words, proof of participation that allows them to be involved.

• I started the video editing task by reducing the duration of the video to a smaller level since the video was only allowed for 20 minutes including the live presentation. Video improvements are also made in certain areas to ensure the quality of the video can be seen clearly and to the satisfaction of the officers.

• The gotong-royong program took place on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at my unit, the Health Promotion Unit. Gotong-royong is held to clean up papers and files that are no longer needed since they disrupt the office atmosphere and contribute to the presence of insects and pests such as cockroaches and rats.

• Received a courtesy visit from the Ministry of Health and the Kelantan State Health Department at the Pasir Mas District Health Office. The delegation was given a briefing related to the ILKKM building upgrade project that has been implemented as well as further development plans in order to improve the quality of Public Health services.

  
  

• During this visit, there was also a presentation of the activities and achievements of the Pasir Mas District Health Office Quality Sustainability Center. Pasir Mas District Health Office expressed its gratitude for the willingness of the delegation of the Ministry of Health and the Kelantan State Health Department to visit the ILKKM building upgrade project of the Pasir Mas District Health Office.

• I was asked to participate in a meeting with the Chief Inspectorate and health officials to discuss the progress of the K.I.K presentation video. In the meantime, I was also asked to give my opinion on the presentation slides being prepared by them.

  
  

• Many positive developments took place in the presentation group as they worked together to prepare presentation slides and various interesting inputs were shared to ensure success in the competition.

• Invited by Dr. Amirah to participate in online meetings through the google meet platform. This meeting is to give exposure to all health officers and nurses from the School Health Unit from all over the state regarding how to enter the immunization data of school students from form 1 to form 4 who received HPV immunization injections.

  
  

• Also presented in the meeting was the data of students who had received HPV injections from all over the country by level and state. The meeting lasted for 2 hours.

• Prepare a crossword puzzle related to dengue that will be distributed to students in conjunction with the ANMS program that will take place soon. This crossword puzzle is provided for students as a health game and to promote awareness in themselves to eradicate dengue.

• Assigned to prepare a poster related to 'Global Warming' which is an introduction or notification to the community of what global warming is, what causes it and the impact on life on earth.

  
  

• This poster is a communication tool that allows the community to be aware of the current level of warming.

• Arranging the presentation slides for the K.I.K video montage since they need to be arranged in the correct order and will be reviewed by the superiors. This presentation slide has 26 pages and all of them will be included in the video as an opening or introduction to the video.

• Participating in the meeting with the inspectorate staff, Mr. Zaidi as the Chief Inspectorate of the Pasir Mas District Health Office was also present. This meeting lasted for 2 hours starting at 9 am. The main goal of the meeting is to ensure that all K.I.K competition planning is in order and there are no problems.

  
  

• Various topics were discussed together and most of them were about the competition. Discussions related to presentation slides were also proposed.

• Disclosure was made for data collection of school students involved with MyVas, i.e. students who agreed to receive immunization shots. In order to enter the relevant data, it is necessary to update the user account as a health worker who has received approval from the Ministry of Health.

• Re-editing the video of the K.I.K competition as a final touch before submitting to the head of the Egestas Vanger group, which is a group consisting of district health officers involved in the competition.

• Dengue eradication campaigns around Kampung Gual Sitok with health inspectors and health promotion units. This campaign was held by distributing leaflets to residents, raising banners, holding dengue eradication campaigns and communicating directly with residents by delivering important information related to how to eradicate aedes and the first steps in case of dengue outbreak to the local community.

• Attend meetings and presentations from K.I.K members as a trial or rehearsal presentation before the competition starts soon. This presentation was attended by Dr Aliff Ridzwan and also Dr Nik Fadhilah as the chief medical officer of epidemiology and chief inspector of the Pasir Mas District Health Office.

  
  

• Their presence is to comment on the presentation made as a final preparation before the competition. To some extent, improvements and corrections were made to the presentation slides and the opening video on the advice of both of them. I also noted down what was required as the person who prepared and edited the video.

• An Employee Safety and Health Exhibition was held at Rantau Panjang Health Clinic. The purpose of this exhibition is to reveal that the safety and health of workers is an importance that needs to be emphasized by employers to ensure the well-being of workers at work.

Held a discussion with Dr Nik Fadhilah to discuss the e-banner to be used on the day of the Agenda Nasional Malaysia Sihat (ANMS) tour carnival. The e-banner that will be used must contain the important content of the program which starts from 7 am until 2 pm at the Dewan Apam Putra, Pejabat Tanah dan Jajahan Daerah Pasir Mas.

• Prepare an e-banner that will be used on the carnival day of the Agenda Nasional Malaysia Sihat (ANMS) tour that will take place at Dewan Apam Putra. This e-banner will be used to advertise the carnival to the public. Important information is also presented to the public related to the services offered as well as prize contests to be won.

• A meeting with the Health Education Officer to discuss the activities and programs of the young doctor club should be held in each school. We also discussed the posters that should be displayed in the school's young doctors club and the exhibitions that are available to ensure that the students get clear input. The poster should contain some key connotations that are in line with the aspirations and main goals of the established club.

• Prepare young doctor club posters for school use. This poster was made according to Mr. Adib's request as the Health Education Officer which is suitable for use by the school's young doctor club. Some posters need to be prepared to be distributed to schools in need. The poster should contain songs, pledges, constitutions and so on related to the young doctors club.

• I was given an assignment to prepare a poster on how to eradicate the aedes mosquito that can cause dengue fever. This poster was made to be distributed to each school especially for the kelab doktor muda. It is special to make students aware that the danger of aedes mosquito bites can lead to death if not prevented early. That is why this poster was created.

• Prepare a health quiz for the Agenda Nasional Malaysia Sihat program that will take place soon. This quiz revolves around the exhibition and health pamphlets that will be distributed to visitors to the program. Each question in the quiz is taken from a health pamphlet related to the topics that coincide with it. This quiz will be answered by visitors by scanning the QR code that will be placed at each exhibition table.

• Starting the task to prepare the program book of the Health Promotion in Learning Institutions (HePiLI) program. This program book will be distributed to the guests of honor during the program. This program is held in collaboration with the Pasir Mas District Health Office and the Pasir Mas District Education Office. The purpose is to provide training to the advisory teachers who are the patrons of the Young Doctor clubs in schools.

  
  

• As soon as I finish preparing this program book, I need to send it to Mr. Adib as the Health Education Officer who manages this program. This program book will be reviewed for further action if necessary to make improvements and corrections.

• Prepare a banner for the Health Promotion in Learning Institutions (HePiLI) program. This banner is for use on the day of the program. It will be displayed on the screen to provide information to the guests present for the program. • Pasir Mas District's 2024 LaKAR project which includes courses and activities in the field was joined by health inspector staff. LaKAR is an abbreviation of the words Latihan, Kesan, Analisa, Rawat dan Rujuk. LaKAR training or courses were conducted at the Klinik Kesihatan Meranti involving TB/Leprosy management staff from 13 Health Clinics in the Pasir Mas district.

  
  

• While the LaKAR program in the field has been carried out in Taman SL Panglima in any place that has been detected to have active cases. With the help of donations from The Malaysian Leprosy Relief Malaysia (MALRA) Kelantan they also sent representatives to make this program a success.

• The Bina Ummah 2024 health screening and exhibition program organized by the Kelantan State Government in collaboration with Gual Periok Community Service Center. Held at SMU(A) Al-Syukriah Kampung Baru Lubok Stol, Rantau Stol. This program also provides dengue and aedes eradication health exhibitions, cigarettes, organ donation and so on. At the same time, also provide health services such as blood pressure check, glucose test, dental check and others. This program is run by the Unit Promosi Kesihatan (UPK) and Klinik Kesihatan Rantau Panjang.

• Participated in a visit with the Health Education Officer and Health Inspector at SK To' Uban, Pasir Mas. This visit was held to get a current report from the supervising teacher of the kelab doktor muda regarding the club's current development. During the visit, we talked a lot with the senior assistant of the school's curriculum and the supervising teacher of the club to find out the current input for the students who are members of the club.

  
  

• Various activities and programs are discussed together to ensure that the club is always active and does not lag behind the current situation. We also distribute pamphlets and leaflets for mutual benefit.

• I joined Mr. Adib as the Health Education Officer and Ms. Eunies, the health inspector on a visit to the kelab doktor muda at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Jarum, Pasir Mas. "Kunjung Bantu" is a visiting program held to find out the current development of the kelab doktor muda in schools in each district. Since the kelab doktor muda is under the supervision of the health education unit, our Malaysian Ministry of Health will always hold such visits every month in different schools.

  
  

• This visit was made to ensure that the kelab doktor muda does not miss out on the involvement of health programs and activities organized by the Health Office. At the same time, don't make the members of the kelab doktor muda, which consists of school students, drop out of such activities.

  
  

• Throughout the meeting with the principal and the advisory teacher, a variety of sharing and interesting inputs were proposed and obtained.

• A discussion with Mr. Adib as the Health Education Officer and Ms. Eunies who is the health inspector of the Pasir Mas District Health Office regarding the production of digital certificates or better known as e-certificates. The production of this certificate to make it easier for management to edit the names, achievements, categories and participation of students who joined the school's young doctor club. Each certificate must include certain features that involve student participation.

  
  

• At the same time, this digital certificate will be distributed to the club's advisory teachers in each school to make it easier for them to edit and print it to give to the students involved. During the discussion there are several certificates that we will produce among which are membership, convention, achievement, participation, and appreciation certificates.

• A health exhibition is held in conjunction with the health screening program with a panel of health clinics. This program takes place at the mosque of Chicha Tinggi village, To' Uban Pasir Mas. Various activities are held including TiBi exhibition, aedes mosquito and dengue epidemic, know your medicine and others.

  
  

• Also included is a free health check-up for those who want to screen their health level. Many residents do not miss the opportunity to get an inspection. Among the examinations provided are high blood pressure examination, glucose test, height measurement, total body weight and BMI calculation. Not to be left out, children also participated in health activities such as aerobics and crossword puzzles based on the available exhibits. The program started at 8 am and ended at 1 am. This certificate will then be handed over to the teacher advisor who supervises the kelab doktor muda in each school. The certificate provided has definitely been recognized and verified by Dr Najihah Mahfuzah as the district health officer for the Pasir Mas District Health Office.

• Health education and promotion unit visit to SK Kampong Baru Jilul Quran, Pasir Mas with health education officers and health inspectors. This visit aims to find out the current development of the young doctor club at the school. This visit is known as "Kunjung Bantu" which requires the teacher advisor to explain in detail the activities and programs involving the kelab doktor muda.

  
  

• The health education officer also shared current info and information that can be used as input that can be included in the report book of the kelab doktor muda. We shared a lot during this meeting.

• I prepared a special appointment certificate for Kampung Belukar mosque authority members. The certificate of appointment awarded to them is a sign that the members of this committee have been officially appointed by the district health office. Each certificate is certified by Dr Najihah as the district health officer.

  
  

• This certificate of appointment will also be awarded to members of the authority on the day of the COMBI program which will take place on 14 June 2024 (Friday). To appreciate the hard work and dedication of each committee member, I will prepare this certificate according to their position.

• I discussed with Dr Nik Fadhilah about the health quiz regarding the ANMS program that will take place soon. Since the quiz has been completed, after the review made by Dr Nik Fadhilah there are some questions that need to be corrected and improved.

  
  

• As a result of the discussion, the qr code that will be placed at each exhibition booth was also debated. This can make it easier for visitors to scan the code if they are interested in answering the puzzle.

• Exhibitions and health checks were held in Lubok Gong, Rantau Panjang. This program was held in conjunction with Bina Ummah 2024. Attended by villagers and also members of the mosque committee. Throughout the program, various activities were held, for example a chair grab competition, congkak, coloring and crossword puzzles based on the health exhibition.

  
  

• The health exhibition held is an exhibition of Aedes mosquitoes and dengue fever, TB exhibition, cigarette exhibition and so on. Also included are health checks such as blood pressure checks, glucose tests, weight readings and height measurements. Various interesting activities are held to ensure residents benefit from the program.

• I participated in the health exhibition and health screening program at Kampung Belukar Mosque in Pasir Mas. This health program is held to be friendly with the villagers and share current health issues.

  
  

• Free checkups are also held especially for those who want a free health checkup. I was assigned to the registration section by recording personal information and health history before moving on to blood pressure checks, glucose tests, weight readings, height measurements and waist circumference measurements. Every visitor who comes to get a health checkup will register with me first.

• I was assigned to prepare a backdrop banner to be placed in the meeting room of the Quality Sustainability Center. Backgrounds are often made from large pieces of fabric, paper or canvas that serve as decorative elements in the room. The use of backdrops for Quality Sustainability Centers has several functions when used at certain events or occasions. Using a photo background based on a unique theme can convey information to the viewer.

  
  

• Backdrop banner made by me, included important elements that must be present and suitable for the room. Among the elements available are the Quality Sustainability Center logo and the District Health Office logo. The production of this backdrop is according to what is requested by the superiors.

• I was asked by Dr Nik Fadhilah to improve the quiz made in conjunction with the Jelajah Agenda Nasional Malaysia Sihat (ANMS). This quiz needs to be improved upon completion of the review made by her. Each quiz title created needs to be improved so that it does not violate health regulations and does not contradict the true meaning of each answer element entered. We discussed various matters related to the quiz and I then made corrections to some questions and answers based on what Dr Nik Fadhilah gave.

• I joined the visit with the Health Education Officer and Health Inspector at SK Lati, Pasir Mas. This visit was held to get a current report from the mentor of the young doctor club regarding the current development of the club. During the visit, we talked a lot with the school's senior curriculum assistant and the club's mentor teacher to find out the current input for students who are members of the club.

  
  

• Various activities and programs are discussed together to ensure that the club is always active and does not lag behind the current situation. We also distribute flyers and leaflets for mutual benefit.

• I was called by Dr. Nik Fadhilah to discuss the non-communicable disease control program audit of the Pasir Mas District Health Office. The discussion about this audit took 2 hours since the audit that needs to be done covers all clinics under the supervision of the Pasir Mas District Health Office. • I need to prepare a google form for the non-communicable disease control program audit questions of the Pasir Mas District Health Office. Each audit question must follow the type of disease and category that has been prepared by the Non-Communicable Disease Control Unit (NCD). • I prepared a website for UPK since UPK does not have an official website to connect these clinics and units regarding the review of health education materials such as brochures, pamphlets, bunting, banners and exhibition equipment. The purpose of this website was established to ensure that the clinics have information regarding brochures or anything related and can further contact UPK if they have any questions or want to obtain health education materials.

  
  

• This method makes it easier for UPK and clinics because it is a direct alternative that allows clinics to get health education materials directly by just checking themselves on UPK's official website.

• Health education and promotion unit visit to SK Kangkong, Pasir Mas with health education officers and health inspectors. This visit aims to find out the current development of the young doctor club at the school. This visit is known as "Kunjung Bantu" which requires the teacher advisor to explain in detail the activities and programs involving the kelab doktor muda.

  
  

• The health education officer also shared current info and information that can be used as input that can be included in the report book of the kelab doktor muda. We shared a lot during this meeting.

• I was asked by UPK to prepare a digital summer poster template to be uploaded to the unit's official facebook and instagram. This poster contains information during the summer and how to prevent yourself from getting sick as extreme summers can cause heat stroke.

  
  

• Every content in the poster is from UPK and I only play a role in creating a poster that can attract the public's attention to find out more. After finishing editing the poster, I then uploaded the captured poster to UPK's social media.

• I participated in the massive gotong-royong held in the office. This cooperation covers all areas within the Pasir Mas District Health Office and all units involved. The purpose of this activity is to clean the surrounding area and office space from becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes and rats. Besides that, it can strengthen the relationship between staff and work together to do tasks.
