1. During a disaster, cutting out a task or spending more money can control the speed of production. 
2.The majority of projects are never completed on time.
3. Starting 1 project is a lot easier to managing then multiple projects, If 1 task cant start without the other then the project slows down.

Project managment is used to control a wide range of compnay objectives.
