In Eastern Europe there is a slight increase on unemployment rate between 2000 and 2005 from approximately 8 to 8.75. Between 2005 and 2010, there is a moderate decrease from 8.75 to 8.0. There is a stable decrease on unemployment rate from 8.0 to 5.0 between 2010 and 2020.

 In North America there is a slight increase from approximately 5.0 to 5.5 between 2000 and 2005.Between 2005 and 2010 there is a huge increase on unemployement rate from 5.5 to 9.5 and at 2010 unemployement rate reached to a peak point.Between 2010 and 2015 there is a huge fall from 9.5 to approximately 5.7 then between 2015 and 2020 unemployement rate has fallen down from 5.7 to 4.5.

 In conclusion, the graph shows us that the unemployment rates of two different regions. The two trends of North America and Eastern Europe has no stability over their increases and decreases.

In Eastern Europe there was a moderately grew between 2000 and 2005 from approximately 8.1 to 8.7. There was a sharply declined between 2005 and 2020 from approximately 8.7 to 5.0

North America's unemployment rates between 2000 and 2005 moderately increased from 5.0 to 5.5. There was a rapidly grow between 2005 and 2010 from 5.5 to 9.5. Between 2010 and 2015 rapidly dropped from 9.5 to 6.0. After 2015 gradually fell from 6.0 to 0.

Finally, unemployment rate in North America more valiable than Eastern Europe. For example between 2005 and 2010 the red one sharply grew and than rapidly dropped but Eastern Europe between 2000 and 2020 gradually fell.

The graphic shows that unemployment rate in two regions in North America and Eastern Europe. These graphics compared to two regions unemployment rate.

Eastern Europe’s line between 2000 and 2005 gradually increased from 8,0 to approximately 8,9. Moreover, the peak of the line was in 2005 with approximately 8,9. Then, after 2005 Eastern Europe’s rate of regions rate lines rapidly decreased until 5,0.

North America’s line between 2000 and 2005 gradually increased from 5,0 to 5,5. Then between 2005 and 2010 rised sharply from 5,5 to 9,5 and 2010 was the line’s peak with 9,5. Then, between 2010 and 2015 decreased sharply until approximately 5,7. North America’s lines still contiuned to decline until end of the 2020 to 5,0.

In conclusion, the graphic shows and compared to unemployment rate in two regions (North America and Eastern Europe). After the 2010 each regions graph’s decreased moderately. For each trends of North America and Eastern Europe has no stability

The start of 2000, North America’s unemployment rate was 4.8 % of the population. On the other hand, Eastern  Europe’s unemployment rate was 8.1 % of the population. 

Despite the difference between both continents, the rates of unemployment in 2000 to 2005 rose equally. Trend is not the same with the rest of the graph. After 2005 until 2010, North America’s unemployment rate jumped significantly from 5.5 to 9.5 % of the population. In other ways Eastern Europe’s unemployment rates dropped moderately 8.7 to 8.0 % of the population. Between 2010 and 2020 North America’s unemployment rates lowered 9.5 to under 4.5%, Eastern Europe’s unemployment rates lowered 8.0 to 5.0%.

In the end,  both regions had lower percents on their unemployment rates, the graph displayed us, unemployment problem is solved a bit but it’s not ended.

    In North America, there was an increase in 2000 to 2005. But after those years the unemployed rate significantly rose from 5.5% to 9.5% between 2005 to 2010. Between 2010 to 2015 the unemployment level had a rapid decline and the rate dropped to approximately 5.7% by 2015. The unemployment rate slightly dropped between 2015 to 2020 from 5.7% to 4.5%.    

   Eastern Europe’s unemployment rate slightly declined between 2000 to 2005 from approximately 8.2 % to 9.3%.  Between 2005 to 2010 the unemployment rate minimally dropped from 9.3% to 8%. After those years the chart shows gradual decrease in unemployment rate. In 2015 the level of unemployment people approximately 6.5%, and it had dropped slowly to 5% by 2020.

    To sum up, the rate of unemployment people in North America changed more rapidly than Eastern Europe. After all both regions got into nearly same level by 2020.

2-      In North America , there was a high point in rate between 2000 and 2005. Following this, unemployment rate rise sharply from 5.5 to 9.5 by 2010. Between 2010 and 2015, there was a decline rapidly , from 9.5 to 5.6 with rate of unemployments reaching 5.5 by 2015.

3-      In Eastern Europe, there was a grow moderately in rate between 2000 and 2005. There was a more clear drop gradually of 0.7 points to 8.0 from 2005 to 2010.

4-      To sum up, the rate of unemployment people in North America changed more rapidly than Eastern Europe after all both regions got into nearly same level by 2020.

In Eastern Europe , there was a growth moderatly between 2000 and 2005 from 8.0 and 8.7. There was decrease of 8.0 to 5.0 from 2005 to 2020.

In summary , Unemployment level in North America rose much more higher than Eastern Europe but in early year North America have many unemployment people .

North America’s unemployment rate incepted at 4.8% but returned to its original position after a rapid incline. From 2000 till 2005, only a tiny increase was gain, but a drastic raise of 4% was noted by 2010. However, there has been a reverse change by 2015, and eventually coming back to its initial magnitude of 4.5 by 2020.

While Eastern Europe had a high rate at the beginning, but a small increase of 0.5% in 2000 begun till 2005. Afterwards, there has been a tiny decrease until 8.1% between 2005 and 2010. Then, a large constant dip was observed in the timeframe of 2010 and 2020 ending at 5%.

Overall, both lines had a stark difference of unemployment at first, one line has dropped significantly and the other had a surge followed by a decline.  

In North America there was a moderate increase between 2000 and 2005 which was 4.9 to 5.6.Subsequently there was a severe increase from 5.6 to 9.6 by 2010. Between 2010 and 2015 the unemployment rate decreased sharply from 9.6 to approximately 5.7. Following this,in 2019 the rate considerably declined to 4.5.

Eastern Europe's unemployment rate increased moderately from 8.2 to 8.8 among 2000 and 2005.Dropped gradually from 8.8 to 8 between 2005 and 2006. There was a more considerable decrease from 8 to 4.9 in 2010/2020.

In conclusion, the unemployment rate in Eastern Europe had a gradual drop in 2005. while North America had a substantial decrease in 2010 .

In first line between 2000 and  2005  North America experienced a moderate increase 5.0 from 5.5 that means it approximately changes about 0.5 . However  between 2005 and 2010 therea is a massive rapid increase to 5.5 from  9.5 also  last rating is a peek point on the graph.Between 2010 to 2015 there is a

Sharp decrase that we can easily see to 9.5 from 5.8.Lastly in North America there is a huge drop peak between 2015 to 2020

In first line between 2000 and  2005  Eastern Europe shows that it grown modaretly from 8.3 to 8.7 then between 2005 to 2010 there is a gradual decline

from 8.7 to 8.1.Lastly there is a massive drop in Eastern Europe between 2010 and 2020 from 8.1 to 4.9

To sum up in both situations they all have turbulent point line and ended up with going down in both way.

In the year 2010 there was a substantial decline in North America's unemployment rate from 9.6% to approximately 5.6% between 2010 and 2015 then from 2015 to 2020 again the rate slightly declined from 5.6% to 4.5%.

3. In the Eastern Europe , there was a slight rise of the unemployed rate from approximately 8.2% to 8.6% between 2000 to 2005.In 2005 to 2010 the rate slightly declined from 8.6% to 8.0% .Between 2010 to 2020 the rate rapidily declined from the rate 8.0% to 5.0%.

4. To conclude, North America unemployment rate was increasing from 2000 to 2010 and it immediately decreased from 2010 to 2020 .While in Eastern Europe the unemployment rate slightly increased from 2000 to 2005 and since then it continuesly decreased till 2020.
