In addition the standard of the slums needs to raised.<br>Target 2: Sustrainable transport systems<br>Providing access to safe, accessible and sustainable tranport systems to all citizens and improving road safety by significantly expanding public transport. By paying close attention to the needs of people with disablities, women, children and older people.<br>Target 3: Urbanization<br>Enhancement of urbanization and increasing the capacity of parcipants involved in urbanization with an integrated and sustainable human settlement planning and management in all countries.<br>Target 4: Protection of culture and heritage<br>Strengthen efforts of safeguarding cultural and natural heritage.<br>Target 5: Reduce natural disasters<br>Significantly reducing the number of deaths and people affected by circumstances beyond one's control furthermore decreasing direct economic losses relative to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) caused by disasters. And focusing on the poor and those in dire situations.<br>Target 6: Reduce environmental impact<br>By paying attention to air quality and waste management. We can reduce the environmental impact of cities.<br>Target 7: Green and public places<br>Public and green places should universally accessible in particular for women, children, older people and people with disabilities.<br>Target 8: Development planning<br>Supporting positive economical, social and environmental urban, rural and peripheral and thus creating strong national and regional development planning.<br>Target 9: Policies and disaster risk reduction<br>By helping cities adopt and implement policies and plans for inclusion, resource efficiency, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, resilience to disasters and keep in line with the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015–2030, holistic disaster risk management at all levels.<br>Target 10: Least developed countries<br>By supporting least developed countries through financial and technological assistance by using local materials.</div>]]></description>
