I P Vinushkar (D/BSV/21/0018) am unable to attend the exams held on 4th of january 2022 because I am sick due to COVID 19

I was identified as a person who is affected by Covid-19 on the PCR test which was taken in Badulla Football ground on 29th of december 2021. The Doctor informed me that I cannot leave the ward premisses unless the doctor gives me a certificate that states that I am cured from Covid-19. I have attached a copy of the PCR test and the Doctor's letter in this letter.

I humbly request you to grant me an oppurtunity to get a fresh attempt on the first year second semester exams in the next examination in 2022
