         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. A student with a high effect teacher can result in almost a years advantage to a low effect teacher.</div><div>2. Experienced teacher does not result in an expert teacher.<br>3. 25% of the specific concepts and principles that students learn are critically dependent on private peer talk or the choice of resources with which students can engage.<br>4. Teaching anything should be similar to our sports coaches - improve skills and knowledge of ALL students.<br><br>Changes to make -&nbsp;<br>1. Get to know my peers, and learn from the passionate teachers.<br>2. Try to keep up with the students way of life and adapt when possible. Learning possibilities are changing quickly and we new resources are available if we keep on learning ourselves. </div>]]></description>
