The plot of this film is two detectives hunt down a serial killer who suffers from mental problems and uses the seven deadly sins as inspiration for his killings. I chose this movie because it is a 'psycho traumatic thriller' which is what we wanted ours to be. This series really inspired me when thinking of ideas for our opening sequence. The protagonist who breaks his brother our of prison, Michael Scofield, plans a robbery in a bank in order to get himself arrested. Before he did this he got tattoos of the blueprint of the entire prison on his body. The man who abducted the girl turns out to be a serial killer and all his victims are teenage girls with blonde hair. The serial killer's motive behind all these killings is because his sister who was a blonde teenage girl died of cancer so when he abducts these young blonde girls he cuts of their scalp with the hair on it and keeps it almost as a wig. In this film, the dark side of the protagonist that she never thought she had is brought out of her. This gave me the idea to make a twisted version of 'Cinderella' as everyone knows that character as being sweet and kind but in our opening sequence, the dark side of her is revealed.
