         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have a student who is a reluctant reader but shows no evidence of having difficulty with either decoding or fluency based on an individual reading assessment. He did read an I Survived book but it took him a long time. He then tried reading My Side of the Mountain because he loved that as a read aloud last year, but he just abandoned that as well. He can't seem to tell me what he likes to read.</div>]]></description>
