My name is Petros, and I am a Lecturer in English Language and Linguistics. I am currently working on the heritage variety of Cypriot Greek that is spoken by London's Greek Cypriot community. I am looking at issues of language maintenance and shift, language change as well as attitudes towards Cypriot Greek and Standard Modern Greek. I am interested in Nvivo because I want to start analysing my interview data in the most productive and rigorous way.

I'm Sumita from Westminster Business School. Although from an Human Resource Management/ Organisation Behaviour background, I have worked more with quantitative research and want to gain some understanding of using NVIVO for analysing textual data from secondary data in form of reports.
At the moment, I am not working on any research project, but have a few ideas in the pipeline.

My name is Mari. I joined the Life Sciences Department as a Research Associate, on a short term bases to help with two evaluation projects. We will analyse transcripts of group and individual interviews in one project, and reports in another, and we may use Nvivo for both. I used Nvivo long time ago in my previous projects, but didn't find it very intuitive. I also used MAXQDA which I liked better. So it's time for my reconciliation with Nvivo and I hope this course will help me refresh what I new about it and learn how to use the latest version.

I'm Tony from the Dept of Property & Construction in FABE. I'm currently doing a PhD in Educational Research at Lancaster University and anticipate using NVivo for interview data analysis. I did a series of interviews last year and used Nvivo in quite a rudimentary way but would like to gain more experience with it.
