Our nation, Australia has a growing population. Right now our country's population is 24,641,662 and the yearly growth change is up to 332,332.
But because of this growth we are having a problem with our country and I am looking for some upgrades.

The main infrastructures that are under pressure right now is the availability of land space. With the huge amount of births with cause the growth of the population we are running out of space.

It is not fair to the environment to cut down trees to to make space. We will soon end up with not enough free unoccupied land for other uses like Natural Parks and fields and have many of our nature cut down and DESTROYED!!!

Already More than 20 percent of the Amazon rainforest is already gone, and the destruction continues. It is estimated that the Amazon alone is vanishing at a rate of 20,000 square miles a year. If nothing is done to curb this trend, the entire Amazon could well be gone within fifty years. We would not want our precious land to be gone just like that.

Having a piñata at your house
Children are given a candle and a board with painted clay figures of Mary riding on a donkey and Joseph
Each night a different house holds the Posada party.
At midnight, many people go to a Midnight Mass service, known as the 'Misa de Gallo' (Mass of the Rooster). There are lots of fireworks to celebrate Christmas Day.

The food that Mexicans have at Christmas are:
Ponche - A Christmas fruit punch served with a lot of fruit
Pavo - Stuffed, roasted turkey served with gravy
Buñuelos - A sweet dessert made with corn and maple syrup
Pozole - A Mexican soup
Champurrado - A Mexican hot chocolate

At Christmas time in Mexico Children call at the houses of friends and neighbors and sing a song at each home. The song they sing is about Joseph and Mary asking for a room in the house.

Some other facts are Christmas in Mexico is celebrated from the 12th of December to the 6th of January
Poinsettia flowers are known as 'nochebuena' (Christmas Eve) flowers in Mexico.
People in Mexico also celebrate 'los santos inocentes' or 'Day of the Innocent Saints' on December 28th.  28th December is when people remember the babies that were killed on the orders of King Herod when he was trying to kill the baby Jesus.
 In the Nahuatl (spoken in some parts of central Mexico) it's 'Cualli netlācatilizpan' (Happy/Merry Christmas.)
