- children in sync spaces and peer interaction for them.
- children I have had a note of - have significantly grown.
- opportunities students have gotten

Fellows:
- showing them what is possible virtually
- where do you want your students to be mindsets.
- what decisions are you making when - approach - factors - inputs given
- enabling them to think about that mindset - PS and persevering with challenges.
- Fellows feeling safer in culture. Drastic shift in a particular phase.
- how we see each member in the LC.

Enabled:
- School & HM investment is aiding my Fellows to do thi and inhibiting them to do this.
- My intervention with HM and Fellows to make it visible for them.
- Learning style being considered for my Fellows.

Mindsets:
Strength based approach with my Fellows.
