Not only that, the thing that worked well was developing my activity which is the Cyber Advice Radio Show. As our main focus of the lesson is speaking skill and to develop a speaking-based activity was not easy as we were doing the website. Hence, after many times of brainstorming about what activity should I develop, I finally came across the Cyber Advice Radio Show. In this activity, it requires students to record their voice to complete this activity. At first, I did not know how to create a voice recording platform but after doing some research, I discovered a website called Vocaroo. This website is really simple and easy to be used by student to record their voice so that I chose that to be used in my activity. With that being said, communication between each other and developing an activity were working well during the project.

In order to overcome this problem, we agreed to divide tasks and give ourselves deadlines to ensure that there were progress on this project. For example, each of us was assigned to develop an acitivty. Moreover, my part was also to find news article related to cyberbullying and record audio for the learning content. Each of us was also given another parts to do in order to complete this project and all these were needed to be completed latest by the end of week 13 so that we would have time to double check and finalise our project before submitting. Gratefully, we did it just like how we planned to finish it latest by week 13. For the inserting audio problem, we finally did some research using AI which is ChatGpt to ask why we could not insert our audio and the reason is because in Canva, we can only insert audio into presentation and audio only. If we want to still insert audio into our website, we have to convert it into MP4 format file. With the help of Farah, we managed to solve our problem with that.

From this experience, I learned that AI can be a valuable support tool in planning lessons, especially when I am looking for variety or inspiration. However, I also realized the importance of reviewing and adapting the content to match my students’ needs and ensuring it aligns with curriculum standards. Ethically, I made sure not to rely on AI entirely, but rather used it responsibly as a brainstorming assistant. This helped me maintain the human touch in my teaching while taking advantage of the efficiency AI offers.

Another thing that worked well during the project was how great the materials chosen for our website project were. Everything we included in the project feels so amazing, starting from the induction video that we recorded, to the activities we created to fit all the students' capabilities. I think we thought hard enough to make this project very meaningful and inclusive. We aimed to ensure that every element was engaging and educational.

How we all solve this problem of not having enough time to do the project together is that we help each other in improving the part that we think needs adjustment. Even though it was not our given part, we still helped each other in doing that because not everyone has the same schedule, so the least we can do as a group is by helping each other. Therefore, teamwork is very important in all aspects especially in a big project like the website.

In conclusion, AI can be really helpful if you use it in the correct way. You can use AI to help you do your work, but only to the limit of brainstorming the initial ideas of what you want to do. Don't use AI as a whole to help you without having the originality or the authenticity of your own idea in your assignments or anything that you do using the help of AI.

I think our communication skills also affect the whole things that happen because without a good communication, we might misunderstand each other since our schedule are not align with each other.

Lastly, I think the best thing that worked well in this project is when everyone agree with each other’s suggestion and we try so hard to make sure we can include all the conversation and suggestion in the work

Another challenge that we encountered was the difference in opinions among group members. While I wouldn’t label it entirely as a problem, it did pose a challenge in terms of how we were going to harmonize our ideas and reach a mutual understanding. Each of us had our own viewpoints and suggestions, which at times made it difficult to decide on a common direction. However, I believe this diversity of thought was also a strength, as it pushed us to engage in healthy discussions and learn to respect and consider different perspectives.

Despite these difficulties, I am grateful to have been part of a team that was very supportive and cooperative. Everyone made the effort to understand and accommodate each other's schedules, which helped us manage our time more effectively. The mutual respect and positive attitude within the group made it much easier for us to navigate the challenges and complete our assignment with a strong sense of teamwork and shared responsibility.

AI tools also helped me save time and stay organized. With so many unexpected events and tight schedules, AI helped me speed up the process of brainstorming, checking grammar, and even designing visuals. This allowed me to focus more on understanding the content deeply, instead of getting stuck on the technical parts. It helped reduce stress, especially when we were running out of time.

In group discussions, AI played a role in helping us combine different ideas.

Sometimes, we had different opinions, and AI helped us generate neutral suggestions or rephrase ideas in a way that everyone could agree on. It acted like a silent mediator, helping us move forward with fewer conflicts.

Most importantly, using AI in this assignment taught me to be a more independent and reflective learner.
