A couple of interesting facts about her Jaundae and her family was considers "comfortable" because they had a house keeper and a driver. But they also had some disadvantages like not having a washer so they would have to wash their clothes by hand. But in America her family would be consider as "poor". Jaundes family experiences this wealth from coming from a line of political importance. Her family comes from the 4 classmates of destiny. Also another fun fact Jaundae favorite hobby is drawing.

What i learned about immigrants moving to the United States that sometimes it can be a difficult to transition to another country Jaundae and her family came from a 3rd world country to the U.S that has different cultures. Some immigrants also find it hard to adapt to new/different cultures.I can relate to this because my mom and dad and my 4 older siblings were born in Sudan. Then They moved to Egypt and lived there a couple of years before coming to the U.S. They had a hard time adapting to the new culture and they are becoming more Americanize. But at home my family speaks Arabic more than English and still cooks Traditional foods. Even though the circumstances they have they made america their home.
