The organization does not have a defined environmental policy since we find that it has a comprehensive environmental policy; but the company manages a policy that includes a commitment to continuous improvement and pollution prevention through the environmental and social management plan.

There is evidence of responsibilities according to the Manual of functions that are aimed at coordinating and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the entity's EMS based on ISO 14001: 2004

The organization plans to take actions to address its environmental aspects, legal requirements and other requirements, risks and opportunities and how to integrate and implement the actions in its EMS processes; evaluate the effectiveness of these actions.

The objectives and goals of the company are coherent with the environmental policy, including the commitments of pollution prevention and continuous improvement.

The organization determines the necessary competence of people who perform work under their control that may affect their environmental performance and their ability to meet their legal requirements and other requirements.

The organization has independent auditors of the audited activities, free from bias and conflicts of interest.

The organization conducts internal audits at planned intervals to provide information about whether the environmental management system complies with the organization's own requirements for its environmental management system and the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001: 2015

For the development of activities, it has good processing plants, which means that the products obtained are of a good quality, where for the processes it has an area for each work such as: Area of ​​corrals, washing area, process area, bait treatment plant, blood treatment plant, pre-treatment zone, dehydration bed sedimentary, screening, composting, and at the end two lagoons.
