There are several factors contributing to the increase or decrease in a nurse’s level of enthusiasm. These factors can and should be influenced by the leadership and management of the nurse manager.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Genuine motivation comes from within a person. There is none that can impose motivation on an individual. However, one can influence the environment in which that individual is in, thus providing a healthy and nurturing home for motivation to cultivate. Nurse managers can provide the autonomy and promote intrinsic motivations.</div>]]></description>
