-Full time IAS Coordinators for all Tribes
-Intern and more capacity (especially summer)
-Continue to strengthen partnerships
-Incorporate more teachers/educators in the planning process for both teacher and student activities
-More solid /sustainable funding (endowments, other options, tribal capacity, WTCAC?, set up workgroup?)
-Reduce administrative costs and time
-Tribes training/mentoring other Tribes
-Winter institute/workshops, seasonal camps
-More planning sessions (purposeful)
-Incorporate youth that have participated in program as mentors or instructors

All about sustainable funding models.
Trying to make connections with people who are more familiar with making endowment funds.
Building capacity and relationships.
Providing more professional development opportunities.
Stronger relationships between tribal councils and school boards. Trying to counteract pushback being received.
Trying to get funding from gaming Compacts to create an endowment fund (partnering with WIEA, UW Green Bay indigenous doctorate, all tribal nations in Wisconsin) (Great Lakes Intertribal Council as trustee)
