         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Full time IAS Coordinators for all Tribes<br>-Intern and more capacity (especially summer)<br>-Continue to strengthen partnerships<br>-Incorporate more teachers/educators in the planning process for both teacher and student activities<br>-More solid /sustainable funding (endowments, other options, tribal capacity, WTCAC?, set up workgroup?)<br>-Reduce administrative costs and time <br>-Tribes training/mentoring other Tribes<br>-Winter institute/workshops, seasonal camps<br>-More planning sessions (purposeful)<br>-Incorporate youth that have participated in program as mentors or instructors<br>-summer: <br>2 ppl&lt;kids to engage in NR activities give kids stuff to do (work with 4c?; field trips, day, weekends, other Tribes, significant cultural areas,  museums, food, chefs, colleges/tech/university, tech companies, school presentations)<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
