Ein typisches Kinderzimmer. Die Kamera schwebt über den Boden, vorbei an Spielzeug-Bauten und Rennstrecken.

WOODY (OFF)
So mancher würde denken, hier läge nur ein Haufen Kinderspielzeug rum. Aber sie irren sich.

(Schnitt auf WOODY, der lässig auf einem Hocker lehnt. Er ist eine altmodische Stoffpuppe, ein Cowboy.)

WOODY
Hier in diesem Zimmer wohnt eine ganze Bande. Jeder mit seiner eigenen Aufgabe. Und ich? Ich bin der Sheriff. Der Name ist Woody. Und solange Andy hier wohnt, pass ich auf, dass hier alles mit rechten Dingen zugeht.

Die Tür geht auf. ANDY (6) stürmt herein.

WOODY
Alarm! Alarm! Der Kleine kommt! Alle an ihre Plätze!

CHORUS DER SPIELZEUGE
Andy kommt!

Das gesamte Zimmer erwacht zum Leben. Spielzeuge werfen sich in ihre Alltagspositionen. Woody lässt sich geschmeidig auf das Bett fallen, direkt neben das Kopfkissen.

Andy greift nach Woody, nimmt ihn mit nach unten. Ein perfekter Morgen.

SZENE 2
EXT. VORDERGARTEN / INT. HAUS - TAG

Andys Mutter kündigt Andys Geburtstagsparty an. Panik bricht unter den Spielzeugen aus.

HAMM (ein Sparschwein)
Eine Geburtstagsparty? Heißt das nicht... neue Spielzeuge?

REX (ein Tyrannosaurus Rex, ängstlich)
Neue Spielzeuge bedeuten... Entsorgung! Ich bin doch noch gut in Schuss, oder? Ich beiße doch ganz furchterregend? Rawr?

WOODY
Leute, beruhigt euch. Andy kriegt ein paar neue Sachen, klar. Aber das ändert nichts an unserer Lage. Wir sind immer noch Andys Spielzeuge. Wir müssen nur zusammenhalten. Und außerdem... ich bin sein Lieblingsspielzeug. Solange ich da bin, ist alles in Ordnung.

Doch in Woodys Augen blitzt ein Fünkchen Unsicherheit.

SZENE 3
INT. ANDYS ZIMMER - GEBURTSTAGSPARTY

Die Spielzeuge beobachten von der Galerie aus (dem Regal) die Party. Eine nach dem anderen werden die Geschenke ausgepackt. Nichts Bedrohliches. Dann...

Das letzte Geschenk. Groß, schwer. Andy reißt das Papier ab.

Es ist BUZZ LIGHTYEAR. Weltraum-Ranger. Mit Helm, glänzender Uniform, eingebauten Flügeln, Laserlicht, Stimme.

Ein kollektives Staunen geht durch die Spielzeugreihen. Buzz macht eine heroische Pose.

(mit einer glockenklaren, selbstbewussten Stimme)
Unendlichkeit... und weiter!

Woody erstarrt. Buzz ist nicht nur neu. Er ist... perfekt.

INT. ANDYS ZIMMER - TAG (UND FOLGENDE)

Buzz verdrängt Woody in jeder Hinsicht. Er wird zum neuen Begleiter, zum neuen Star. Er glaubt nicht, ein Spielzeug zu sein, sondern ein echter Space Ranger auf einer Mission.

WOODY
(versucht es mit Logik)
Hör mal, Kumpel. Du bist kein Space Ranger. Du bist ein Spielzeug! Ein Aktionsfigürchen! Du bist die Massenware!

BUZZ
(untersucht seinen Arm)
Eine Tarn-Einheit von außerordentlicher Raffinesse. Ich bewundere die Handwerkskunst eurer primitiven Kultur.

Woodys Eifersucht wächst. Bei einem "accidentellen" Sturz vom Bett landet Buzz hinter einen Schrank. Die anderen Spielzeuge, angeführt von Herrn Kartoffelkopf, halten Woody für einen Mörder.

WOODY
Es war ein Unfall! Ich schwöre es!

Aber niemand glaubt ihm.

SZENE 5
EXT. - RASEN - "DER UMZUG"

Andys Familie zieht um. Die Spielzeuge müssen in den Umzugswagen. Buzz, von einem Fensterbrett aus, sieht draußen einen Werbe-Truck für "Pizza-Planet". Er hält ihn für sein Rettungsschiff.

In einem chaotischen Versuch, Buzz zurückzuholen, landen beide – Woody und Buzz – draußen auf der Straße. Der Umzugswagen fährt davon.

WOODY
Großartig. Einfach großartig. Jetzt sind wir verloren.

BUZZ
(zeigt auf einen Transporter)
Siehst du? Mein Schiff! Ich muss mich meiner Einheit anschließen!

Buzz sprintet zum Transporter. Woody, ohne Wahl, sprintet hinterher.

SZENE 6
INT. PIZZA PLANET - ABEND

Ein grell erleuchteter Freizeitpark. Buzz, immer noch im Glauben, er sei der Richtige, steuert auf einen Kran-Automaten zu, in dem "Aliens" (kleine grüne Spielzeug-Figuren) sitzen.

BUZZ
Arme Kreaturen. Ich bringe euch nach Hause.

Woody, der Buzz zurück zu Andy bringen will, folgt ihm in den Kran. Sie werden von einem Jungen mit böser Grinsefratze geschnappt: SID.

SZENE 7
INT. SIDS ZIMMER - NACHT

Das Zimmer ist ein Albtraum. Zerlegte Spielzeuge, makabre Modellbauten. Sid ist ein Spielzeug-Schänder.

Buzz, immer noch in seiner Illusion, versucht, "Kontakt mit der Sternenbasis" aufzunehmen. Dabei sieht er im Fernsehen eine Werbung für "Buzz Lightyear"-Spielzeuge.

BUZZ
(leise, verwirrt)
...Sonderangebot? Nur im diesen Herbst?... Ich... ich bin ein Spielzeug?

Es ist der schlimmste Moment seines Lebens. Sein Weltbild bricht zusammen. Er versucht zu fliegen – und stürzt nur kläglich ab, wobei ihm ein Arm abfällt. Er gibt auf. Er ist nur noch ein kaputtes Spielzeug.

Woody, zunächst erleichtert, erkennt Buzz' Verzweiflung. Er will ihn retten, aber Buzz ist apathisch.

WOODY
Du bist nicht kaputt! Du bist nur... anders! Und du bist kein Space Ranger, aber verdammt noch mal, du bist ein tolles Spielzeug! Ich war neidisch auf dich, okay? Andy hat dich nie fallen lassen, hat nie mit dir gespielt, ohne dass du die Hauptrolle warst! Das ist es, was ein Spielzeug will!

Doch es ist zu spät. Sid hat sie für sein nächstes "Projekt" auserwählt: Sie sollen mit einer riesigen Sprengrakete in den Himmel geschossen werden.

SZENE 8
INT./EXT. SIDS ZIMMER - MORGEN

Der Morgen des Raketen-Starts ist da. Sid befestigt Buzz an der Rakete.

Woody, gefangen in einer Spielzeugkiste, sieht seine Chance. Er bringt Sids misshandelte Spielzeuge dazu, sich zu zeigen und ihre Masken abzunehmen. Sie sind keine Monster, sondern gefolterte Seelen.

WOODY
Ihr müsst ihm zeigen, wer ihr wirklich seid! Er darf nicht gewinnen!

Die Spielzeuge erwachen zum Leben und inszenieren eine perfekte, gruselige Rache an Sid, der in panischer Angst das Haus verlässt.

Woody befreit Buzz, der aber immer noch deprimiert ist.

BUZZ
Lass mich hier, Woody. Geh zurück zu Andy.

WOODY
(zeigt auf Buzz' Schuhsohle, wo Andy seinen Namen hingekritzelt hat)
Siehst du das? Das ist kein Haftbefehl. Das ist ein Zuhause. Du gehörst zu Andy. Wir gehören zu Andy. Das ist es, was zählt.

Ein Funke kehrt in Buzz' Augen zurück. Er sieht den "Laser" an seinem Arm – der nur eine rote Glühbirne ist – und lächelt zum ersten Mal.

BUZZ
Das ist kein Laser. (Knipst ihn an) Das ist eine hübsche, dekorative Lichterkette.

SZENE 9
EXT. VORSTADTSTRASSE - TAG

Andy und seine Familie sind im Umzugswagen unterwegs zur neuen Wohnung. Woody und Buzz jagen ihnen hinterher – auf Sids fiesem, batteriebetriebenen Hund "Scud", den sie gezähmt haben.

Es wird ein atemberaubendes Rennen. Buzz "fliegt" mit der Rakete, die an seinem Rücken befestigt ist (sie zündet nicht), während Woody ihn auf RC, das ferngesteuerte Auto, zieht.

Sie schaffen es, in den Umzugswagen zu springen, gerade als dieser um eine Kurve fährt.

SZENE 10
INT. ANDYS NEUES ZIMMER - TAG

Ruhe. Die Kisten sind ausgepackt. Woody und Buzz sitzen zusammen auf dem Bett, den Blick auf das neue Zimmer gerichtet.

BUZZ
Eine fremde Welt. Unendlichkeit... liegt vor uns.

WOODY
(schüttelt den Kopf, lächelt)
Du bist kein Space Ranger mehr, okay? Wir sind nur zwei Spielzeuge in einem großen, großen Haus.

BUZZ
(lächelt zurück)
Also gut, Sheriff. Dann lass uns nachsehen, was dieser "große Haus"-Planet so zu bieten hat.

Sie schauen sich an. Eine Freundschaft ist geboren. Die anderen Spielzeuge gesellen sich zu ihnen. Die Kamera zoomt heraus, zeigt sie alle zusammen: eine Familie.

WOODY (OFF)
Wir können unsere Kinder nicht für immer bei uns behalten. Sie wachsen. Sie gehen weiter. Aber... solange irgendwo ein Kind ist, das an uns glaubt, werden wir niemals aufhören, uns zu bemühen. Denn wir sind nicht nur Spielzeug. Wir sind...

At the core of Albert’s failure is his relationship with his mouse. For most players, the mouse is a tool for precision. For Albert, it appears to be a heavy, sentient rock that he is trying to negotiate with in real-time.

1. The "Toenail" Crosshair Placement

While professional players keep their crosshair at head level to minimize the distance needed to flick, Albert has developed a revolutionary style called "Pediatric Aiming." He spends 90% of the round staring at the floor tiles. Whether he is checking for loose change or simply admiring the texture work of the gravel on Dust II, he is never prepared for an enemy. When an opponent finally appears, Albert has to travel his crosshair several virtual miles upward, usually panic-spraying into the sky like he’s trying to swat a fly with a firehose.

2. The Recoil Denialism

Albert treats the AK-47’s recoil pattern not as a predictable physical law, but as a personal insult. Instead of pulling down to compensate for the spray, Albert’s response to a gun jumping upward is to push up harder, as if he's trying to help the bullets reach the moon. By his fourth shot, he is effectively shooting at the scoreboard rather than the enemy.

II. Tactical Nihilism: The "Albert" Strategy

If you listen to Albert in Discord, you might hear him say things like "I’m playing for info." In reality, "playing for info" is Albert-speak for "I stood in the middle of the street and got shot immediately."

1. The Utility Void

Albert’s relationship with grenades is purely antagonistic.

• The Smoke: Albert will throw a smoke to "cover the cross," but he will consistently miss the geometry, leaving a gap wide enough for an entire enemy team to drive a bus through. Conversely, he often smokes off his own teammates while they are trying to engage, effectively acting as a sixth man for the opposing side.

• The Flashbang: To Albert, a flashbang is a "team-building exercise." He believes that if he is going to be blind, everyone should be blind. He has a 1.0 "Team-Blind Ratio," meaning for every enemy he flashes, he successfully white-screens at least three friends and himself.

• The Molotov: Albert is the only player capable of throwing a Molotov that bounces off a doorframe and lands directly under his own feet. He then proceeds to stand in the fire for 1.5 seconds while trying to figure out why his screen is turning red.

2. The "W" Key Addiction

Albert does not understand the concept of "holding an angle." To Albert, if you aren't moving forward, you aren't playing. He will "shift-walk" for thirty seconds to be silent, only to reach the corner and suddenly decide that now is the time to start jumping and reloading his weapon.

III. Economic Disaster: The "Albert" Portfolio

The CS economy is a delicate balance of risk and reward. Albert treats it like a gambling simulator where he is currently $50,000 in debt.

Albert’s "Signature Buy" is the "Glass Cannon AWP." He will spend every cent he has on the sniper rifle, refuse to buy Kevlar, and then get taken out by a single stray HE grenade or a stray bullet to the pinky toe. He then spends the next four rounds complaining that he is broke.

IV. The Psychological Component

The "Albert Sucks" phenomenon is as much mental as it is mechanical. Albert suffers from a condition known as "The Clutch-Induced Coma."

When Albert is the last player alive (usually because he was hiding in a corner while his team did all the work), his brain enters a state of total shutdown. He forgets where the bomb site is. He forgets how to switch to his knife to run faster. He begins to walk in circles, checking corners that he checked ten seconds ago, while the bomb timer ticks down.

When he finally encounters the last enemy, he doesn't shoot. He reloads. Even if he has 29 bullets in the magazine, Albert feels that 30 is the only safe number to engage with. He dies mid-animation, every single time.

V. The Hardware and Software "Copium"

Albert is a master of the "External Factor Defense." According to Albert, he is actually a Global Elite player trapped in a Silver body by the following forces:

1. The Sub-Tick System: "I clicked on his head! The game is broken!" (The replay shows he was aiming at a cactus).

2. The Mousepad: "It's too humid today, my mouse is dragging."

3. The Keyboard: "My 'D' key stuck, that's why I walked into that AWP shot."

4. The "Interp": Albert mentions "Interp" and "Lag Compensation" frequently, despite not knowing what either of those words actually mean.

VI. Communication Breakdown

Communication is 50% of Counter-Strike. Albert’s communication is 0% helpful.

• The Post-Mortem Silence: When Albert dies, he doesn't call out the enemy's location. He sighs loudly into the microphone for six seconds, then says "Oh my god," followed by another ten seconds of silence. By the time he says "He's at B," the enemy has already planted at A and gone to get a sandwich.

• The Backseat Gamer: While Albert is dead (which is often), he becomes a tactical genius. He will shout instructions at his teammates, telling them to "Watch out!" right as they are in a gunfight, ensuring they can't hear the enemy's footsteps over his frantic advice.

VII. Why We Keep Him Around

Despite the missed shots, the accidental team-kills, the economic ruin, and the fact that his "utility" is more dangerous to his allies than his enemies, Albert remains a staple of the lobby.

Albert sucks at CS, yes. But he sucks with a consistency that is almost comforting. You know exactly what you’re getting: a man who will miss an AWP shot on a stationary target and then blame the "curvature of the earth." He is the sacrificial lamb of every rush, the guy who buys the Negev when the game is 14-14, and the ultimate proof that you don't need "skill" or "spatial awareness" to have a good time—you just need a high tolerance for losing.

Final Verdict: The Albert Scale

On a scale of 1 to 10, Albert is a -2. But in our hearts, he’s a 10. A 10 that we really wish would learn how to use a flashbang properly.
