Contour, though, is something I was quite unfamiliar with. These are some of the first contour line drawings I've ever done. I find these ones to be sort of low skill, but do harness the simple clean line work in contour drawings in general. 
My gesture drawings were more accurate to what the subject looked like and captured the weight of the cloth much better than the contour drawings did. I also found that in my second view, which was from above, I found it quite hard to make it look accurate since I was standing at an uncomfortable angle above the subject. This is especially true for the contour drawing because it takes more time and focus to make it look right, and I wasnt able to be at this angle without taking breaks. This may have been helped if I had used more than one pencil to work with. There is something to be said about consistency, but this can also take away from the understanding of the layers and foreground/background in my drawing. There are not very many continuous lines which makes it a little less interesting. There is also not a very strong pathway of the eye, but relatively well understood proportions.
I think I did well with accuracy, and challenging the understanding of inside and outside. I also found that the objects I would want to be clear dont look quite as clear as I would like because the charcoal always would blend. It was also sometimes hard to get the texture I wanted.
