The Law of Conservation of Energy is similar to the law of conservation of mass because it says that energy cannot be created or destroyed. Dispite this Energy is still able to be changed. If this law were to be broken all of physics would be meaningless.

As well as this when energy changes this law is key so there isn't any energy created or destroyed and there is the same amount of energy before and after.

Yes, an object can use and contain more than one form of energy. Energy comes in many forms and can be transferred and converted from one form to another. For example our bodies poses thermal and chemical energy. As well as this a campfire can produce different types of energy, for example a campfire produces thermal and radiant energy.

After we use this energy over longer periods of time the energy changes from chemical to thermal as your body heats up. Energy flow is the flow of energy through living things within an ecosystem. An example of this could be when the sun produces energy that plants can feed on to grow. As well as this energy flow could be the food chain. For example when small fish get eaten by bigger fish that get eaten by even larger fish that eventually eaten by us humans. This is energy flow because the initial energy from the small fish is now within us after we consume the final consumer.
