Sustainability is more like the integration of environmental health, social equity, and economics to create healthy and thriving communities that are resilient for multiple generations that would be overlapping each other. Sustainable practices are practices that make sure that the integration occurs like practices that support the ecological view of life that includes the environment and the interaction with humans. Maintaining sustainability is to be sure that our resources (natural) is abundant so there is enough for everyone that can last a longer time period and to consume what you can wisely with the idea to conserve like water resources.
