This lesson was about creating a storyline based on a picture given to us; we were given 10 minutes to a piece. The picture was about a girl with a tape on her mouth. My group and I made the narratives as a person overheard the secret chant in the forest. She was caught and was kidnapped by the chanter.

What I did with my assigned group (Kim, Liep, Veasna, Bunhak, and Yumi) :

• The theme was exorcist, and we made a chant.

• The setting was in a forest.

• This happens because some died.

  
  

We were allowed to create a performance as a pair or individual. My partner for this lesson was Seangthai. The task was to create a short theatrical moment that explores your assigned prompt. ​

Prompt #1: Imaginary Friend

Prompt #2: Where Is Everyone?

What I did:

• We Pretend like we were invited to a birthday party and say the phrase, "Where Is Everyone?" by using a confused tone of voice and a weird facial expression.

In theatre, the term "Me and My Shadow" describes a method where an actor imitates their actions to create the impression of a shadow or reflection. This technique can be employed as a narrative technique, to depict character dualism, as a symbol of emotions, to choreograph movements, and to improve visual aesthetics.

We were assigned a task to create as many actions as possible, and I used a pencil as my object.

What I was able to make out of it:

• Ear accessory

• microphone

• comb

• and mascara

What I did in class:

We were assigned to find a group and create a performance; My chosen group consisted of Raina, Serika, Meysang, and Yumi. The theme was to create a nonverbal act. Serika, Yumi, and I played as dogs and Meysand and Raina played as the owner. The story goes by Raina calling Meysang to meet at a park to walk there dogs. Serika and Yumi were both Raina dogs they were playing/fighting with each other, as Meysang and Raina met I decided to join the chasing which created chaos. Later on the owners (Raina and Meysang) decided to put an end but failed so they join the chasing in circle.
