    Det er ønskelig at alle musikklærere skal ha deltakelse på fordypningsprogram for sine elever som et mål. Noen har allerede nå elever som holder høyt nok nivå til å være aktuelle, mens andre har elever som kanskje kan bli aktuelle i løpet av par års tid.


    Alle musikklærere oppfordres derfor til å sende meg en liste på 2–3 elever som dere tenker kan være aktuelle for fordypningsprogram, om ikke ennå så i hvert fall etter hvert.


    Per dags dato har programmet en "klassisk" innretning, men målet er også å utvide programmet i "rytmisk" retning. Det er derfor fint om elever med "rytmisk" bakgrunn også oppfordres til å søke. Interesse og nivå er viktigere enn sjanger.

    Hva kan ev. gjøres annerledes?

    • Bedre system for å sjekke folk ut. Joscha ble stående i trappa litt tilfeldig og forhindret at elever bare dro uten å si fra. Lurt med en dedikert person som sjekker ut folk. Ev. en person per garderobe.

    • Fortsatt utfordring med mye lyd i garderobene. Hvordan kan vi skape mer ro for de som skal på?

    • Fortsatt trangt i garderobene. Bedre logistikk. Eget sted til jakker o.l. Bruke speilgangen? Aktivisere elever på noe vis når de ikke spiller? Tegnesaker, tegneserier, kortstokk o.l.

    • Dedikerte lærere som sceneteknikere (flytting av mikker, notestativer ++)

    • Tydeligere avtaler på plassering av elever på de ulike låtene.

    • Mer fokus på mikrofonteknikk

    • Spesielt på lørdagskonserten var det tidvis vanskelig å finne elevene som skulle på scenen. Mer fokus på det å gjøre seg klar til å gå på scenen og ta større ansvar selv

    • Mulig å lage en løsning med kameraoverføring fra scenen til garderobene?
