Acceleration of change is the fact that it Is getting faster and faster and the rate at increase it's speed. When a roller coaster got started and it goes up to hill and down a hill then the acceleration increased.

Acceleration = change in speed / Change in time

Centripetal & Centrifugal Force

Centripetal is a force that makes objects move inwards to center of circle and Centrifugal is a force that changed by inertial force and it makes objects move out wards when they're spinning around something or a curve. Kinetic energy is the energy that objects having when they're moving. It exist whenever objects which have mass is in motion with some velocity.

If you throw an object up, the height gets higher and speed gets slower, and the potential energy increases, the kinetic energy decreases. Conversely, if it falls down, the potential energy decreases, and the kinetic energy increases.

When roller coaster goes highest height of a hill, the PE is the greatest, and the KE is the least.

When roller coaster goes the lowest height of a hill the PE is the least, and the KE is the greatest.

How does a roller coaster continue to move through the twists and turns of a track if it only uses an engine at the very beginning?

After roller coasters begin with engine, later on the acceleration of spinning and descent make roller coasters keep running in rapid speed without using engine. Roller coasters which are running down a hill, they have the same energy by the speed so they can ride stably. And there's an orbit which is a placement for the centripetal force that prevents the leaving an orbit.
