- Mowing the grass every 3-5 weeks

2. Forestry

- Plant new fruit trees in suitable areas

- Harvest ripe fruits: oranges, avocados, lemons, kiwi, grapes

3. Infrastructure

- Repair the water system and lay new lines to the trees

- Repaint the buildings

- Create an interactive plan of the property (best through the app)

- Set up signs around the property to let the visitors know what they are looking at

- (far in the future) Construct an enclosure for the mules

1) Arbeitskleidung (Pflicht)

• 2 Paar Arbeitshandschuhe (ein Paar robust, ein Paar fein/griffig)

• Schutzbrille (leicht, günstig, sehr hilfreich beim Freischneiden/Ästen)

4) Sonne & Gesundheit

KLEINES PERSÖNLICHES MITBRINGSEL

1. Clear the lower land from overgrowth and prepare it for saplings setting.

2. Build and install three composters (for different stages of composting) under the walnut. Protect the composters from the moisture so the wood doesn’t rot fast.

3. Make a waste separation system in the basement area of the finca. Have a separate bin for:

   1. compostable materials

   2. plastics and metals

   3. paper

   4. general waste.

4. Plan and mark the spot for the flagpole in the lower section of the finca. Clear the area. Install a flagpole with an Erasmus+/Parque Porvenir flag.

5. Plan and mark the spot for the round fireplace in the lower section of the finca. Clear the area. Make a fireplace with benches around it.

6. Identify the objects needing repainting, note them down.

7. Plant the flowers around the finca. Make an aloe space.

The next days:

1. Build more composters and set them up in the upper part of the finca.

2. Lay paths and mark them on the map, suggest park-like circular trail pathway through the finca territory.

3. Update a map by marking the real locations of the trees. Count all the fruit trees (primarily avocados).

4. Prepare the noted down objects for re-paint. Re-paint.

5. Repair terrace ceiling.

6. Clean and repair the right-most shed.

7. Make an access to the fruit garden from the road leading to terrace. Put a concrete stair leading to the garden.

8. Make circular patterns from volcanic rocks around the older trees below Weinlaube.

9. Turn the wooden pallets into the raised garden beds ready to be put together by the next group.

• Jacaranda mimosifolia is envisioned at the lower level.

• Morus alba/nigra in the empty spots of the lower level or instead of overgrowth

• Acacia saligna in the top part of the area

• Lavandula dentata next tot he road

• Nerium oleander next tot he road

• Rosmarinus officinalis or Westringia fruticosa next to the finca (could be potted)

• Lantana camara around the finca

• Malvasía Aromática/Moscatel de Alejandría grape variations in the western corner of the lower level on a support structure

• Actinidia deliciosa – golden kiwi plants to be planted possibly along the road or nearby the finca
