1. Develop a plan.
When creating your plan, determine which areas are priorities and which only need routine cleaning. Areas unoccupied for 7 or more days won't need to be sanitized as often as areas touched on a daily basis. From there, determine which materials you will use to clean these surfaces. Make sure these materials are EPA-approved and are effective against Covid-19. They should have these requirements on the label.
2. Implement.
After developing this plan and choosing your materials, it is time to implement it. Clean visibly dirty areas with soap and water and make sure to follow the directions listed on the cleaning materials.
3. Maintain and revise.
Remembering to clean these surfaces properly everyday is crucial. Washing down dirty areas with soap and water, wearing proper personal protective gear, and following the instructions of the cleaning materials can all help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
