1. Reiterate to scouts that bullying is against the scout law.
2. Communicate to the target in a calm tone and to the possible victim of bullying as well but never take sides. Be observant and keep evidences of bullying if there are.
3. Create an anti-bullying culture by modeling mutual respect and kindness.

2. Who are the responsible people for keeping away the young people from harm?

•Agencies dealing with children's wellness and welfare have a great role in safekeeping young people from harm. In scouting, patrol/senior leaders of BSP ensure the safety of the scouters in partnership with the scouters' parents. In addition, LGU, Tanods, and peace making agencies like PNP and military are expected to contribute in the security of young people.

3. Why do we need to safeguard the interest of young people?

• We are all aware that these young people are the hope of our nation. It is then best that we safeguard their interest  for them to fully understand their purpose and function in the society well. They are more motivated to do their tasks if they feel protected. They can act as defenders of vulnerable groups from abuse.
