There are 14 strategies. If I were presenting this to my colleagues they would request a few breakdowns so they are able to gain all the material. The main characteristic  that stands out is learning. And learning comes from the teaching and that is the educator. The video highlights, educators need to make a change and that change is, getting out of your comfort zone.
