This picture of the road resembles a linear perspective because the lines on the side of the road and in the middle of the road seem to converge together at the end of the road making this a monocular depth cue.

This picture frame is beside my white board in my office. This picture represents interposition as the one square is blocking the other square. The smaller block, because it is blocking the larger block is seen as closer whereas the larger block is seen as further away.

This picture represents closure because even though the circle is not completely whole, the mind perceives a whole circle even though there are line segments. The mind connects the line segments together, making a whole circle.

Texture Gradient: Grass

The grass represents the texture gradient because up close the grass is coarse and taller but from further away the grass is fine and shorter.

This painting of sail boats represents relative clarity because the boats that seem to be in the distance are hazy and less clear than the sail boats in the front of the painting. The hazy sail boats seem to be more distant.

Relative Size: Hearts
