Teacher - Have a box available to students for any issues they are having, and figure out ways to help their problems. 
Student - Give the children a problem, and a list of different solutions. Have them pick a solution, and have a list of the outcomes for the different solutions. Review the outcome of the selected solution with the children, and think about what could be different. 

Critical Thinker
Teacher - Review children’s homework, and see where they struggle the most. Base different activities around solutions to help them engage and learn more to excel in that subject/problem.
Student - Daily journal passages revolved around different issues/questions the students may have. Students can work on critical thinking by evaluating the information given to them, then further gaining more knowledge before reaching to a conclusion.
