W10 never done it like this before but understood it better. 

Lots of voices saying I cant do ratio with the IA Ratio assessment answered really poorly. 

W20 can not eat any fillings as he is diabetic. possible future link to measures with learner explaining. 

W13 W32  not able to grasp what was the correct thing to do. Going up in ones and treating it as a sequence rather than developing thinking of size. W32 adding the same amount to each column reflecting a misconception. Upset when I corrected him but then tried again asking for affirmation that he got it correct.

I did this after the Construction lesson. Learners getting used to what they have been asked to do. More of them multiplying up by 10 and verbalising the reasoning from the table. Conversations around driving provisional licences, motor cross, All fully engaged in the conversations but  some having their own conversations about it. which I guess is OK. Learning the costs of driving distances using an electric car.

Very disheartened as afternoon lesson learners off the wall not listening, high sugar levels W28 anxious on phone for 45 mins and then telling me he didnt know what he was doing as he couldnt concentrate and he learnt better at home!!!
