the difference that I have noticed was that the misfit believes that there is no genuine right or wrong and that life has no purpose. The notion that redemption and eternal life are attained by following Jesus may be significant to The Misfit. He may use the phrase "the few minutes you got left" for this reason. Life is brief, without eternal life, and ends in death. In "A Good Man is Hard to Find," the grandmother and The Misfit engage in a confrontation that centers on Jesus. The grandmother mentions praying to Jesus in the hopes that by appealing to The Misfit's religious sensibilities, she will persuade him to spare her life. However, it appears like The Misfit has given Jesus more serious consideration than she has. The Misfit's doubts in Jesus caused him to believe there is no true right or wrong and no purpose in life.

Through the lens of change, I would characterize the Grandmother as an old lady that is reminiscent. She accepts change but constantly brings up her old day. Or compares the current day to how good or bad her day was. How she was different from kids these days and how she was an explorer who enjoyed her life being safe but fun.

I would characterize the grandmother as a persistent adventurous lady that thinks her decision is the best one. In the beginning of the passage she wants to "change baileys mind" and visit "East Tennessee", and she almost does it by bringing up the "misfit" serial killer. But as she know he's as persistent as her she adapts and goes along with his idea ready for the trip as she was "the first one in the car ready to go."

I would characterize the grandmother as stubborn in a way she sees the world in a black and gray light. She doesn’t want to change In the text She takes her cat in the car against her son's desires, which ultimately causes the collision that results in the family's deaths. I would characterize the Grandmother as an elderly stubborn woman. Although she is open to change, she frequently remembers the past. So she Dosent really want change, she assesses how her previous day compares to the present one. How she was an explorer who enjoyed her life being safe but fun, different from kids but because of her there was death caused .

A difference between the grandmother and the misfit is the way their roles are perceived in the story. Without really reading we are told the misfit is this person just going around killing everyone and the grandmother is a white lady who believes she is better than everyone, but as the story progresses we see the inner character of each of them change

One of the differences that I noticed between the misfit and the old lady was the way that they perceive themselves. The old lady perceives herself as a upstanding lady who is proper and kind. While the misfit characterizes himself as a man who isn't good hearted that kills people and does heinous crimes, but he doesn't think of himself as the worst person in the world.

The differences is how The Misfit portrays an immoral personality and seems to be the evil in the story while the grandmother is the innocent lady seeking to be the good in this story. They both portray step totally different personalities and readers progress through the story.

The difference within the grandmother and the misfist is there views of life. The grandmother's view of like is very live like and holy as she trys to live her life according to the lord. The misfist views human life as pointless and none pleasurable as his life was very hard and unjust in his eyes. There is also another huge difference which is there moral composition of good and bad.The misfist has no moral compose as he views himself as bad but doesn't know the difference between good or bad in the story. As the grandmother has a very fragile/slight view of what's morally good or bad as she has grown up to treat people with a social status lower than her as unequal but has also grown up to treat people within her social status as equals, and can tell the difference of whether the crime is drastically bad or something not so bad.

I would describe the old lady as stuck in her ways. She shows on and on to the tax that Haruto strong when it comes to decision-making. And she gets very protective about change any time that it’s brought up in the passage.

The difference I spotted was between the grandmother and the misfit.The way that there roles are played in the story makes them very different.If u didn’t totally understand or read the story.The way the misfit was placed is that  the person was a murderer.They would go around and kill people.While the grandmother would think she is superior and thinks she is above everyone.But as you read the story  it portrayed a different view on the characters.
