Why do you need to be descriptive in the subject of the case?

Might have to help people with the contact search

Show the hidden panes on the sides

Case owner defaults to the person creating it and you automatically follow the case in chatter

Creating a case from the account is the same process as creating from the Case object

History shows you the last 10 objects (not cases)
