They both have a routine at night. She waits until he goes to sleep to go prep for bed (although she was already in the bed) takes off makeup, puts hair in rollers...
In morning, she switched and put her face back on and got back into bed. She lies and says she didn't hear the alarm and he says you never do. She is discriminating against herself. There's nothing wrong with her, but she's doing all of this.

At church women have to wear dresses and cannot wear jeans, while men have to wear suits. 
All the time with society, we have to constantly change ourselves to be a standard.
