I would like it to be a spacious and flexible area for learners with special needs. I would like the area to be colorful yet simple but isn't prone to distractions like visual clutters or noise pollution. I want the learners to be able to listen attentively or participate freely if I ever discuss our lesson.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

In my experience, I know a colleague who did a similar fashion to get the learners' attention by following a routine during our demo teaching. Teacher P's strategy, if you're familiar sir. I would do mine by clapping two times and then saying, "Hip, hip" and students would say "Hooray!" to catch their attention.

Since we're in a special needs space, I would also like to implement a strategy through positive reinforcement. In that way, I can motivate and praise students while promoting their good behavior in our classroom.

1. What would your ideal classroom be? How does it look? What are it's elements?

My ideal classroom would be spacious and a seating arrangement of a a letter u shape with lots of gap in each chair to let the learners feel a new sense of environment that can help them become more active in class. I would like to let the learners seat on the floor as well as the teacher and have the class there if possible to entertain them more to help them feel that they are in their second home. Toys and colorful soft puzzle floors will be provided if it will help the students to be active and not bored. The toys of course will be limited to not distract the students from participating in class. Windows that can disrupt the noises outside is ideal and a scenery of trees and a garden would be great in the angle of those windows.

2. How can classroom management be use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

Teaching your lesson would not be effective without any plans to do daily routines and activities to entertain them , especially when we are teaching special students. Implementing daily routines like every 10 mins you will sing a baby song and let them join in to gain their attention and get rid of their boredom. Implementing activities once a day would be good to engrave a desire for those students to go to school hoping to do those activities again. Activities such as dancing, singing and guessing games. Teaching the lesson would still be a priority but getting their attention continuously is a must to be able to teach the lesson effectively.

1. What would your ideal classroom be? How does it look? What are its elements?

My ideal classroom would be same set-up as seen in the picture above. I want my classroom to be divided into two wherein the right side is where the children will do their activity sheets, and or, they will sit there when I am discussing a lesson. In the other side is where they can play and interact with their classmates, I want my classroom to be colorful but not that exaggerating that it will affect my students participation, and I will put toys for them to play with. Since I am going to teach preschool students in the future, I want my students to have fun and enjoy while they are participating in my class. Also, I want my classroom to be well-ventilated, clean, and a scenery of trees would be great in the window angle for them to appreciate the nature while they're young.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

Classroom management can be the most important thing a teacher can do for his or her classroom. When a classroom is managed, it creates an environment where the students are focus and there is a positive environment which creates growth in the classroom. It is also important to have a different routine everyday or every week for them not to be bored. I would have a rules and regulations, setting boundaries/limitations for their safety. Encourage my students to help me build classroom expectations and rules, as I will generate more buy-in than just telling them what they’re not allowed to do. I will also praise my students for jobs well done, as doing so improves academic and behavioral performance that will help them be inspire in class and improve their self-esteem.

1. What would your ideal classroom be? How does it look? What are its elements?

My ideal classroom is student-centered, which means that the teacher facilitates learning based on the interests and skills of the students. Rarely does the teacher provide lectures or assign worksheets; instead, they give the pupils opportunity for interesting, real-world learning. And provides for collaborative learning projects amongst students. In order to finish a project, students are taught to make a plan, assign tasks, and then put everything together.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

Ask students what they would like their classroom to look like and make an effort to fulfill some of their wishes. This is not a general request for new furnishings or a redesign. Instead, ask them to be more specific: "We need areas for small groups to work together" or "I need a place where I can't hear what everyone is doing" By doing this, you'll improve on #1 above because they'll realize that you're considering their needs. Remind them frequently to share any other classroom modifications that might enhance learning. Students learn that nothing lasts forever and that we must be adaptable and observant through this continual examination and reorganization.

1. What would your ideal classroom be? How does it look? What are its elements?

My ideal classroom is simple, but still, they will feel that it is a safe place for them. It is a classroom where they can express themselves without being discriminated against. I wanted it to be simple for the reason that there are some students who are easily distracted. Even though it is simple, I wanted it to be surrounded by the noise of joyful students, some of them raising their hands while shouting their answers and some asking plenty of questions. Since they are elementary, the visual aids are still present to students.l want the discussion not to be so serious, it is more fun but still, they are learning.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

Through classroom management I can deliver my lesson with an organized, attentive, and productive discussion. Managing class through different methods will help me and my student to achieve our goals. As a future educator, understanding my students is a must because they have different behavior and understanding of the lesson. Patience is also important, especially to our Future Special Educator. There are students who find it difficult to adapt to the lesson, so we need to teach it step by step. Another is providing motivational activities as one of the ways to catch their attention. I can do this routine before and after the lesson to make sure that they are paying attention while enjoying the lesson. Praises were also important especially to elementary because it can boost their confidence and have more courage to participate in class.

What are its elements?

My ideal classroom would be very spacious and flexible for all learners including pupils with special needs. The tables and chairs would be like in a circle shape but with space for the children to work on their activities and get along with each other as well. The floor would have a mat that is safe for the kids when they play and the classroom would be in a pastel color so that the color would not be that loud and not too distractive for the kids. Since their school is like their second home, I would want them to feel at home when they’re inside my classroom. But as a teacher I will also set some limitations and boundaries on the do’s and don’t’s inside my classroom. Giving them rewards like a stamp or star can also boost their eagerness to learn. We have a reading, writing, and games area, a group time area, and lastly, a math, art, and snack area. Beside the reading, writing, and games areas, there is a computer table, and beside math, art, and snacks, there are built-in shelves where they can put their things. In front of it, there’s a line-up of visuals. And every area has a whiteboard, like reading, writing, and games and math, art, and snack areas have whiteboards; and the group time area has an interactive whiteboard. This classroom setup really helps the students focus in their class, and this is appropriate for their classroom nature. The color of the wall in the class won’t distract the students.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

As teachers, we should start by understanding the student. We should know them as individuals and build rapport with them based on trusting and understanding them. And it is also effective to practice patience with rational detachment and also set effective limits in the class, like that the classroom should be clean, there should be no side talk, and the students should always ask permission from the teacher. Always keep the schedule that the teacher sets. Always follow the schedule so it does not delay the lesson. Teachers should always be aware of student behavior. And lastly, always engage with the students. Those are the classroom setups that I will use.

In my classroom, I want to have three distinct areas: creativity, learning, and playing. This is where their creativity would be refined in the creative area. My pupils and I would exclusively concentrate on academic study in the learning area. In the play area, I'll provide some educational and manipulative toys. I could see that there would be harmony for all of us in those three areas of my classroom.

2. I'd like to use positive reinforcement and engaging learning activities in my classroom eventually. To ensure that my class has an excellent learning experience, it is crucial to provide these.

1.) What would be your ideal classroom be? How does it look like? What are its element?

This image caught my attention as I browsed and looked for my dream classroom, and I think that this is it. I enjoy how the space feels spacious, cozy, and serene, making you feel at home. The bridge, lots of learning materials, and some other tiny and large wooden objects that encourage experimentation and creative thinking. And last but not least, the windows that let the natural light in.

2.) How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

My main objective is to create a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom where my students' learning comes first. Fostering good relationships with my students in order to create a more supportive learning environment and by emulating their conduct, such as using polite language. Avoid punishing my class as much as possible. It will work better if you speak to them calmly and nicely if they have done something wrong. Praising them for their efforts and, of course, creating engaging activities and lesson plans that will keep my children from being bored.

1. What would your ideal classroom be? How does it look? What are it's elements?

My ideal classroom would be a safe and comfortable area free from distractions, and I want to make sure that my students have all that they need to stay organized and be able to do their best work or studying. And I want a class full of students who enjoy learning. I want my students to feel comfortable voicing their opinions and discovering their skills and talents.

2. How can classroom management be of use in teaching your lesson? What are your specific methods in managing your class?

Classroom management is essential as I teach my lesson to my students because it is very effective in managing their behavior to sustain their learning environment, enhance their academic skills and competencies, and further their social and emotional development. And I can do this if I have these simple and specific methods for managing my class: getting to know each of my students as an individual, understanding them, and letting them establish their connection with each other.
