DCS expanded their current local LCLL to include: an in-person closing session (February), 1:1 mirroring conversations for participants (Jan-Feb), and 1:1 coaching support for the Supt and his Dept Supt (Jan-Feb). EL is meeting with Jarad and Amore to chat about coaching

National Cohort 5 wrapped in Denver in November and a handful of participants expressed interest in adopting a local LCLL in their district/system and/or wanting to know more about Transcend resources

AGK is shifting gears to design for Rural LCLL C3, kicking off in January

EL is shifting gears to codifying our methods/plays in the LCLL work (so the work is more winnable, actionable, repeatable)
