         <description><![CDATA[<div>Runners have to be careful and know their own limits. Pushing yourself too far can cause you to pass out and collapse from exhaustion. You can also become dehydrated if you do not drink enough water before the run. Runners need to be careful of external ways for injuries. Debris, holes, wet trails, and uneven ground are just a few things that can cause harm, like rolling ankles or tearing a muscle.</div>]]></description>
