At Access, I learned that phone addiction can completely destroy a person. Phone addiction makes you live in scenarios where you're achieving your dreams. That's why we must control ourselves and use our phones for beneficial things like learning and studying.

Today I want to talk about bullying.

Bullying is not just words or actions it hurts people deeply, like a storm that destroys their happiness.

Words can be like arrows, invisible but painful, leaving wounds that take time to heal.

Bullying can feel like a shadow, following someone everywhere and making them feel scared and alone.

But kindness is like sunlight, it can break the darkness and give hope.

We must stand together, speak up, and support each other, because everyone deserves respect, safety, and the freedom to be themselves.

Together, we can create a world where no one is afraid to shine.

This is a cool image where you can see every Access member. This cultural exchange show me that there are also many other Access Programs in the world, who have the same objectives but with their own path or ways, we are similar but at the same time different and that´s awesome.
