Dir Sir or Madam,

    In March I ordered two tickets for a very important concert for me. It was organised on 1st April but the tickets did not arrived until 3rd April.

    The tickets were very expensive so in the consequence I have wasted a lot of money. I have tried to get those tickets very hard. I have been calling 3 times to the company before the 1st April to make sure that the tickets will arrive on time.

What is more the staff promised me that the tickets would arrive on time but I did not recive them yet.

In addition today it is 3rd April and I did not see the concert because of that.
I can also truly said that I have been wasting my time for waiting. 

Can you tell me what the solution of this problem would be?

    I really want to get my money back. It will be nice if the company add a letter of apology from the staff too. I will wait for a message from you but if I do not hear from you in the next week and there will not be a solution I will take my complaint to a Consumer Advice Centre.
