The international labour organization collected statistics and information about the working people, and since they had a lot of influence in the countries they persuade the members of each country to adopt its suggestions. They did great things such as limiting the hours of the small children that had to work, they also introduced a resolution for a maximum of 48 hours per week that some countries implement  it. Although they suffered lack of funds they were always one step forward for tracking on mistreated and abused workers. Secondly it goes the encouragement of cooperating in business and trade, this idea was for trying to recover the European economy, and it succeeded. Since USA was in a really good economic place inverted in Europe. This was really positive to the League since they cooperate and the tension was less. By this they also increased jobs, rebuild their industry, increased profits and international trade. The negative part of this and why we didn't put it first is because this countries depended in the money, economy of U.S.A if they had a crisis they would be terribly affected. Restore peace, we put it third since although the League had it successes in this aim, it was also when the countries involved were not powerful or had an important role in the League, or helped the permanent members such as Britain or France for instance when Poland conquer Vilna the League didn't wanted to confront Poland and send their armies since Poland had an important position because they controlled what Germany did, self-interest interposed and they were not fair and did not restore peace since they were letting Poland invade Vilna. Despite this they had their successes for example the Bulgarian crisis this was really important because the greeks obeyed, Britain and France agreed and this showed the efficacy of the League and that they were trying to accomplish what they promised, to discourage aggression. We believe that despite their successes in this aim the failures were bigger and revealed the League wasn't prepared to confront the countries with an important role, and act on the benefit of everyone. And to conclude the last one the biggest failure of the League was disarmament, it seems to us that they didn't really  wanted to disarm and give up their armies. This is also shown by how slowly they act, they didn't called for a meet until the Washington Conference. Their only achievement was the naval limitation by the USA, Britain, France and Japan. Countries were not prepared to resign to their armies and nobody wanted to be the first one. This idea was really idealistic and impossible to achieve.

Furthermore the improvement that the aim of cooperating in business and trade we would suggest is to make the Dawes Plan work for a period of time and then stop receiving loans from USA since they were really depending on the economy of them, if there was a problem, crisis they would be really affected, so to prevent that we suggest to receive some loans, recover some of the economy that was lost in the war and make the necessary things but then stop this cycle and ward off to a future economic crisis again because of depending in the money of the United States. Previously in the next aim, restore  peace, what we suggest is to make a bond of friendship between the countries, to know each other, to be aware of their aims and objectives, call for more meetings etcétera. This would help incredibly, if the countries have a good relationship this would prevent future wars and less competition between them.
