Working day is not equal between genders

Mothers experienced negative carrier consequences, and just one of ten fathers experienced this. 

Flexible working led to income premiums from men but not for women

Women increase their time and activity in the household, and fathers do not, when they work flexibly.

Both parents should take responsibility for their children.

It´s very common see a lot of families suffer gender discrimination, especially when parents are mentally unstable.

Gender roles were established a long time ago, but it is time to make equality.

Gender equality promotes a good lifestyle for children in their minds and in the decisions that they will take in the future.

Gender equality is very important for a healthy environment for the children and the family in general.

Women are amazing for trying to do everything but need to understand that you are trying to do three people’s jobs in a time of crisis.
