The title of the article I read is 'The Power of Critical Thinking' by Jenni Duerta. I liked how the author stressed the need for critical thinking/decision-making in today's fast-paced world. The words provided in the article were relatable because they talked about a problem we deal with in middle school at Jefferson like getting to class on time. One thing you could have added is more real-life applications of critical thinking skills like getting to bed on time or getting ready for high school.

The article that a read was, 'Why was middle school create and why do we need it. The part that caught my eye the most was, "In 1965 William Alexander and Emmett Walliams in order to understand why middle schools were created, we need to understand what came before middle school". One thing I liked about this article was that they also talked about are schools history.

I reviewed 'Fallen Officers' by Adrian Tamez, What stood out to me was How he explained to to the readers about the meaning behind the flag for the fallen officers and how it is classified as a fallen officer. The idea I liked most was he gave a little bit of a personal story in the article to relate to what he's writing because it helps the readers connect to what he's talking about when he gave them a piece of his life and it draws them in wanting to know more. A suggestion for improvement would be to not include The top part of the article because we are not supposed to tell them to read if you want to know what's in the article. What you want to do is just jump into the story right away and if you have anything to address to the readers put it in at the end of the article when your finishing it.

I reviewed and read an article which the title was "Overcoming peer pressure with communication and boundaries." by Allison Luque, This article is mostly about if your friends or teachers or anyone to be exact is making you uncomfortable or in peer pressure it tells you how to make boundaries and how to avoid those types of people, i like this article because so far it is really relatable and i can tell that other people can relate to this article as well.

The title of the article I read is 'Nailed It: The Ups and Downs of Acrylic Nails' by Alexia Ortiz. I liked how the author wasn't biased about any of the PROS or CONS and put nothing but facts. The part that caught my eye was where the author mentioned both females and males wearing nails. This proves that the article is not sexist and the author has no problem talking about it. The only thing that I didn't like was how the author only stated a few PROS and CONS. I feel like there should be more PROS and CONS.

I reviewed, 'Don't lose sleep over it,' by Rebecca Willingham. I liked this article a lot, because it talks about how middle schoolers shouldn't stress out about relationships during this young age. And how you shouldn't make your main priority a young relationship.

I reviewed "Careers Kids think about being but pay less" I liked the part where it showed some young people working at fast food which young teens will do it matches the topic of the article very well. It also gives us links to the websites, which is verys smart. The thing I don't like is how it format the article itself is good it just looks boring.

What i liked was that it was very personal and it applies to you and many girls to our campos. You can add more stories about nails falling off or how self defence would work like as using them as a weapon
