 Following the Student Services review of enquiry management we are seeking to streamline administrative workflows, simply entry routes into Student Service departments, standardise procedures and automate more tasks, to improve efficiency and provide a single-entry point into Student Services departments for students, leading to an improved student experience. 

Run joint on campus AS events (themes not teams) in accordance with the student journey cycle e.g. supporting student assessments etc.
