         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Following the Student Services review of enquiry management we are seeking to streamline administrative workflows, simply entry routes into Student Service departments, standardise procedures and automate more tasks, to improve efficiency and provide a single-entry point into Student Services departments for students, leading to an improved student experience.&nbsp;</p></li></ol><ol start="2"><li><p>Student Services are also seeking to introduce self-booking systems to enable students to manage their own appointments, we will also continue to create digital material designed to answer repetitive enquiries.&nbsp;</p></li></ol><ol start="3"><li><p>Student Services would like to explore systems automation and optimisation in Student Financial Support, Student Engagement Services and Inclusion and Disability Services.&nbsp;</p></li></ol>]]></description>
