1. Reflecting on the video- What is meant by differentiation . Differentiation is a way of teaching where the teacher differentiates process , content and the product to maximize each student's potential according to his/her learning style . 2 and 3. Regarding the KWL I believe that I understand why differentiation is important in a classroom setting and I totally understand how it's implemented as it is consistently Implemented in my classes. Though it's not easy and energy consuming as the number of students in onesection is too high which makes it harder to diagnose the different learning styles that will enable the teacher later on to differentiate the content , process and product that will cater for all students with different learning styles .

Giving students ATL skills options which will lead them at the same product, where it will empower their knowledge based on their interest.
2. Regarding the Self-assessment KWL, It is very important to implement differentiation in every class which will works on every student potential, as an individual, I have implemented it in my classroom through setting students into flexible groups or peer-to-peer upon their choices of assessments (product) based on their interest, students in art class face different challenges depending on their grade level, Where they are given different ATL skills.

3. "Differentiation Guidelines" Self – assessment, if we could implement more resources that will show more variety of product, which will support the different levels of thinking specifically in art, which will raise the content.

Differentiation is a way of teaching , it’s not a program or a package of papers and worksheets. It helps teachers know their students well, so they can provide each one with experiences and tasks that will improve their learning and help them be more confident and proud of their effort.
Teachers can differentiate content, process or and the product according to their students readiness, learning profiles or and their interest .

As for the KWL chart reflection, I feel that I still need to learn more about the assessment and grading in a differentiated classroom. If we differentiate the product ( assessment ) then maybe we have to develop a proper grading system for all grade levels to have authentic and fair grades.

After watching the video on teaching through differentiation, i realized the importance of such a method to be applied within students,it can help and strengthen the students ATL skills , as it will give them more freedom to express themselves.
i personally would recommend more materials and videos to assist (us) teachers and help us to achieve the highest goals for a successful differentiation to be applied on students according to the age and the subject matter.
As for KWl,applying group work assessments is essential in our lessons, which enable to develop the students understanding and interest.
what we can do is to develop further methods in encouraging students to express themselves easily without facing obstacles during the process of creating the product.

Differentiation in the classroom is a vital process that needs to be carried out by teachers. As individuals, we learn at different paces due to the different learning styles. Some students learn better theoretically while others prefer a more hands-on approach. In order to reach the learning objective, you cannot have a standardized learning system for all students. Students will often feel as though they are not performing well in the classroom because they do not fit into the learning system, which therefore does not allow the teacher to optimize their full potential. While focusing on different approaches of teaching, the students are more likely to learn and perform better. As teachers, we must continually asses as well as modify the lesson plans in order to meets each students’ needs.
