         <description><![CDATA[<p>Study with two phases, Phase I conducted prior to COVID comparing a group drawing images from nature and a group creating collage with natural materials, Phase II conducted during COVID restrictions and explored the effectiveness on those who had limited access to nature. Positive results, those living in urban areas had biggest increase, and those living in rural areas had smallest increase due to already having high exposure to nature in daily lives.</p>]]></description>
