2.- I go out with my friends to talk and walk near a park, maybe 2 or 3 times a week 
3.-During the week I sleep from 11 pm to 6 am and I sleep about 7 hours

The internet provides information to many people and you can use it for both: entertainment and studies. If you want to use it for your studies you can search for any question you need on the internet but if you prefer to use it for your entertainment I recommend you use netflix or youtube. I recommend you not spend all the day studying or all the day wasting your time.
