The court rule wanted to make abortions illegal because it was seen as messed up. The reason they wanted these rights were because of health or unfortunate events. It is their body and they should have the right to decided what they want to do with it. In 1973 on January of the 22 a court case was held over this. The court case was held over health of a woman, fighting for their demands. 
   In 1971 a woman named Norma McCorvey put in a law suit against an attorney named Henry Wade. He made the law of abortions being illegal unless the woman's health is in danger. They believed that it would give them more control over their body, giving them more freedom . Margaret Sanger was a pioneer for the birth control movement. Women, have fought to be have the liberate rights to vote. These woman want to have a voice and protested for woman to vote and not be denied all because of their gender. After a longing protest, woman were given the right to vote creating the 19th Amendment.  
  The day that this Amendment was activate was not just a day. This day for them was a victory, happiness spreading because their voice will become valid. It was the fight for the chance to learn and work like men could, and to have control over their bodies. Sachs later dies of complication from a self-induced abortion. This encounter with Sachs is what motivated Sanger to push forward the movement for birth control. Her reasons for needing birth control were:
1. Women's right to have complete control over their reproductive system. 2. That all women of all backgrounds have the access to knowledge of conception and their options.

The reasons at the end was a beautiful saying for the common good and that reason alone should be enough because it's human decency. There was a problem with the 19th Amendment however.
