Is there an inherent quality that one must possess to be classified as being alive and having a life worthy of living? Is just the fact that you're human enough to warrant continuation of life? Is there a minimal level of life quality that would justify this? However in a certain case of a neonate with a clear genetic or somatic problem that will diminish their quality of life, then the best outcomes come with killing the baby.
