Serenity means peacefulness and a sense of calmness. This value is critical to my life at home with my family. If I maintain serenity, when my son gets upset when doing his homework, I can remain calm and help him refocus. This value helps to build and strengthen relationships in my family life. The runner up value to the first is sensitivity. Being able to value sensitivity allows me opportunities to have positive interactions with my co-workers and students. If I was an insensitive person, it would be difficult for me to relate to what my students are struggling with. Therefore, I have to be sensitive to their needs by being a listening ear. Finally, I value tolerance. Tolerance, by definition, is the ability to accept opinions difference from your own in a respectful way. Tolerance does not mean that you have to agree with that person's opinion, but you should listen and respond with putting them down. This value directly relates to the state and national community to which I belong. It's joy because I always try to stay positive to make everyone else happy. I try to stay as joyful as I can because then it will make my surrounding area a much more calm, bright, and happy place. I want to make sure the world is a better place by making sure that my joyfulness can make people happier. I also make sure those hard, tough moments don't get me down. I make the best of those moments and try harder. I also be as joyful as I can when someone else is sad or I'm sad. I will try my best to give them a joyful mood.
   My next value is independence. I always want to do things on my own even when I know I need help. I like to be independent because then for work I get all the credit instead of someone else getting half the credit for my work. I like to be independent because then I can feel proud for what I did not what others did or helped me with. I get things done faster when no ones there pressuring me to get done or to tell me I am wrong and I have to do it their way and use their ideas. I love to be independent.
   My last value is originality. I show originality by being myself and expressing myself. I always stand up for my belief's and don't care if people disagree. I also that I express myself in music,art, and in my writing. I also try even though I may be 100% wrong.
I will always value joy, independence, and originality for the rest of my life and hope to make the world a better place.

I value this the most because I hate seeing people wear the "exact" same thing. In April my dad and I went to see Wicked (a musical) in New York City. The costumes that the actors wore were so unique and different then anything I've ever seen in my life. Most Broadway shows are "simple" or are close to being accurate to what it's based off of. Wicked is based off the book Wicked, but the costumes are so different than they are in the book. I value people being able to see someone in a unique different way. My second value is positivity. About two weeks ago I just started my quote wall again after ripping it off because I didn't want it any more. I was feeling really down and there wasn't a lot of positive people around me my environment also wasn't positive, it was about getting things done quickly as you can. I decided to start my quote wall again, all the quotes are positive, I don't have one negative quote on my wall. A lot of my quotes are from famous artists', poets, and some of them are from the Bible. I can look at them as much as I want on my free time which helps me. Lastly, my third value is being courageous. For my birthday I got a ring, a princess ring. It helps me know that I am different from everybody else in my own way. One way that I'm different from everyone else is that my hair is different, you don't usually see a lot of people with purple or blue hair. I'm also different because I can remember over fifty song lyrics. I can also remember two different musicals. The synonyms for courageous are; brave, bold, lionhearted, daring, and a lot more. I value this because there are many other people in this world who don't have any freedom, and they get treated poorly. Most people can't even go out with most of there skin showing! That means that there is no community pools to get in and swim with friends. My second value is family, because most people don't have a family to share there feelings with and just live with someone else to take care of you. Like homeless people, and people waiting to be adopted, or even lost pets. That means even for us students, most of us have our mom's/dad's pack our lunch, and no one to go out and drive you to your sport practices and games. Even just to go out with your friends, it would take so much longer to get things done without our family. My final and last value is the value of education. Without education, this world would be absolutely nothing, with no progress. For example, I wanted to play Football for a while, it took me a long time before I started playing it, but I finally started because I was committed to being able to play the sport. Commitment helps a lot with goals you want to accomplish to, like trying to get Straight A's, or Trying to overcome this challenge, and I believe that if you are committed to it, you can do anything. My second value is determination, because when I feel determination, I feel like I can accomplish what I am trying to accomplish. I feel like I am fired up when I'm determined, and I feel confident. For example, I feel determination during Football games, when we are winning, I feel determined that we can finish it. This feeling that I value, its something really important, because I feel like I can wake up every morning and say to my ]self, everyday, "I can do this." And my third, and final value, is challenge, because I feel like whenever I challenge myself, than I can improve on what I need to improve on. Its kind of like setting a goal, and when you accomplish the goal, its like accomplish the challenge, and you get better at the category your challenge was based off of. For example, my challenge for my football season, was to at least score 2 touchdowns, and I this football season,  I scored  4 touchdowns this year, I overcame my challenge. Family is most important to me because they always have my back. They know how to always make laugh when I'm having a bad day. For example when my sister came home from college I freaked out. She wanted to only surprise me and no one told me she was coming home since she knew I had missed her and it would make me super excited when I saw her. Next, I value challenge. If you don't ever face a challenge then you would never grow education wise or emotionally. Last year I worked really hard even though I had a lot of trouble understanding my teacher. I ended up getting straight A's in that class. I grew from that experience and now I know that I should really strive to do my best. The outcome can be what you had wanted, your goal. If I would have never faced that challenge I wouldn't know that I should push myself to do better or be where I am now. You also might go through emotional challenges that helps you grow your personality and find yourself as a person. This year I ended up being on a team that I knew no one on other then my friend Emma, who isn't in any of my classes so I had to make all new friends. I knew it was going to be difficult, but I really didn't want to go and make all these new friends. When I ended up going and making a bunch of new amazing friends I felt a lot better and I overcame my challenge. This value can effect people on a town, or national level or even global. Everyone faces challenges and that can be that a country is facing a challenge. Honesty is my last value. I know if I'm honest to everyone they will trust me. If I wasn't a honest person then I wouldn't have made a lot of friends, I would probably not have made as friends because no one wants to be friends with a liar. This value can impact on many levels depending on the situation. If you are working with laws, then state wide or national. If you are a public figure they can hide the truth and that could impact people on a national level. The first value is diversity. Diversity is my favorite thing that I value because it really shows who I am as a person. I think everything should be different and nothing should be the same. If everything was the same in your country life would be no fun and you wouldn't be able to help people outside of your country. If nobody was different from any one then, no one could help homeless people get food, shelter, water, cloths, care, and more because they would just live life and move on without making a difference. Making a difference is the second thing I value. I love to make a difference not just at home, but in my country. I love to help people in need around the country get food, water, and more. If people don't stand up and speak the way they feel about homeless people living on the streets, than nothing good will come for our country and more and more people will die because they aren't getting the right care they need. I do not want the country to loose it's people because people wont stand up and make a difference. If we all donate a little to help people in need than we will have a better place. The last thing I value is bravery. In a organization like a sports team or club you need to have bravery. You need bravery because if are doing a sport and you are scared of the ball coming at you than you shouldn't play the sport which may impact your whole life if you love that sport. It will also affect your state. If everyone in your state is scared of being brave than one day if something happens to you than no one will be there to save you. An example of me being independent would be the school wide turkey trot. During the turkey trot I stayed with myself and paced myself, i didn't worry about who was in front of me. I paced myself so that I would be proud of myself. My second most important value would have to be obedience because i believe that if you don't listen to others whether they're older or not, you should take there advice and/or listen to them, especially adults. i display obedience when i listen to my soccer coach so that i have lots of playing time to get better and keep impressing him. My least important value would have to be simplicity because if someone is not simple or go with the flow they could get angered very easily. Simplicity relates to me because i always try to be simple and not be complicated so that I wont start a fight. People need to start stepping up and taking school seriously, especially starting at a young age. I want to be one one the young people taking charge. The final value is commitment. I value having commitment because I want to show everyone that I ever work with that I will do my very best in everything that I do, and I wont give up without a fight. If you give up and show that you do, chances are likely that most people will not trust you to do things in life, especially when you get older. While working in school, everyone wants to do their best. But there always is that one person that does not commit to the assignment, and is more of a follower. Children should start to commit to many more things than they already do. Life goes by fast and you always have to be prepared for the future. These are my three commitments and why. Selflessness is putting others before you and taking care of others of their going through a hard time or if they just need a friend to talk to. I could connect this to school, this could help because when someone in school needs help with their essay or a math problem you would help them so they would do a good job on their work. Also if a friend or a stranger drops their things in the hall you should help them pick up their stuff because you would want help if you dropped your stuff. The next thing I value is creativity, creativity is being original and not taking others opinions to change your work because when you are creative you are more open to differences in the world or other people. You could use this during art class if you were doing a project you would need to be creative to have a special art piece I connected this to school. The final thing I value is calmness, calmness is having self control or not going crazy over something little. I would connect this to anything because if you hear something in your neighborhood you shouldnt always believe it like the same thing with the news you cant always believe it.

I value honesty because honesty   everything easy. For example If you say you did your homework but you didn’t do it  you are dishonest and it affects your grade

When I first met my friends Avery and Audrey, I noticed that even though they are twins, they are still different in some way. Being the same as someone EXACTLY, is no fun. Everyone is different. When yuo are unique, you can be yuor own person, and not someone else. The second most important value to me is Intelligence. If you are intelligent, then you are a smart person. When you are intelligent, you can become successful. If you are not very smart, then you may not become very successful, because people only want people who knows how to do the job, and do it because they need a job so they can keep their house and pay for food. Also, if you are intelligent, you can get into a good college, and not one that barely teaches you anything because yuo didn't have the money and couldn't get a scholarship to a better college, because you weren't very good at sports, mathematics, english, or any other mechanism that could get you a scholarship.  Finally, I value Obedience. If i was watching my brothers, and they started to get out of control, it can be hard to get them back under control. That would mean  they do not have obedience. It is good to have obedience because if you didn't, then people might be frustrated with you a lot, and it is not fun or good to have someone mad or frustrated with you because you are too out of control. Those are the three values that are most important to me.

It's joy because I always try to stay positive to make everyone else happy. I try to stay as joyful as I can because then it will make my surrounding area a much more calm, bright, and happy place. I want to make sure the world is a better place by making sure that my joyfulness can make people happier. I also make sure those hard, tough moments don't get me down. I make the best of those moments and try harder. I also be as joyful as I can when someone else is sad or I'm sad. I will try my best to give them a joyful value. I influence this value towards my community by making everyone feel joyful so not only me but everyone will do kind deeds to others.   
    My next value is independence. I always want to do things on my own even when I know I need help. I like to be independent because then for work I get all the credit instead of someone else getting half the credit for my work. I like to be independent because then I can feel proud for what I did not what others did or helped me with. I get things done faster when no one’s there pressuring me to get done or to tell me I am wrong and I must do it their way and use their ideas. I love to be independent. My value of independence influences my community by teaching people you’re not always going to have help and you are going to sometimes or maybe even all the time not be someone available to help you.
    My last value is originality. I show originality by being myself and expressing myself. I always stand up for my beliefs and don't care if people disagree. I also that I express myself in music, art, and in my writing. I also try even though I may be 100% wrong.
 I will always value joy, independence, and originality for the rest of my life and hope to make the world a better place. My value of originality influences my community by teaching people to stand up for their rights and to be themselves. This will also help people stand up to bullies or make a bully realize that what their saying and physically doing is wrong.
